So my Tesla died and the vehicle was totally locked up and there was nothing you could do, however, Mike came and took care of it and saved the day. He got it safely in his flatbed and to Tesla for service.. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend him anytime to help you out.

I had a flat tire, found Wolfpack to have great reviews and was the cheapest. Called around 2PM and the operator told me they would be there between 40minutes to an hour. There was a Discount Tire about 10-15 minutes away and they closed at 6PM, so I planned to get back on the road that day.
So I end up getting my car at the Discount Tire at around 6:15PM. I’m a college student and had no classes that day and my girlfriend was in town, but imagine if I waited 4 hours, just to have to uber home and come back the next day. Oh yeah, and risk getting towed for parking overnight.
If that was all, whatever just never use their services again. But as soon as I turn on my car, “Check Blind Spot Monitors”, “Check Cross-Wheel System”, “Check Front Collision Sensors”, ABS light, Traction light, like my dash was a Christmas tree. When I called the towing company, the same operator I talked to the day prior pretty much told me, “okay we can’t do anything about it”.
Fast forward today, went to my dealership to figure out what was wrong…Damaged Driver Side’s Front and Rear Wheel Speed Sensors. Ran me $180 for diagnosis and I soon have to pay for parts and labour.
I mean I’ve been towed like 30 times (literally same car) and have never had problems like this after! If you want to gamble to see if they’ll get remotely close to the time they tell you, wonder if they even know what they’re doing, and have “I hate that I’m working right now” customer service, Wolfpack is for you.
Had a wonderful experience with Wolfpack towing! The driver was soo nice and when I didn’t answer the call the first time- bc millennial 😂- he waited and called back. He handled everything so professionally- hopefully won’t need them again 😉 but if I do I know I’d be in good hands!
Trellis is great. Polite and professional. Taking the time to explain and joke about a few things in a stressful situation aided in the entire process. Solid service with frequent updates via text or call. Drivers will answer when you call. Well done!
Tommy was very quick and he was careful with the car. I was concerned that maybe there would be some scuffing of plastic because the front of the car is low to the ground, but there was none and he was careful with attaching the vehicle to the flatbed.
Thomas was very helpful and kind. I really appreciated his quickness and willingness to figure out what was going on with our car. I would definitely recommend Wolfpack Towing any time you need towing/recovery services. Thomas was excellent and saved the night.
Broke down at the sheetz in Smithfield, the eta was supposed to be 35 minutes. Mr Mike was there in around 15. He was very polite, and friendly. I will call Wolfpack towing again in the future for my towing needs.
Jeremy and Wolfpack came and towed my car today. Jeremy was thorough and treated my car like it was his own. This wasn't an easy tow. Locked in Park and on a hill. Needless to say Wolfpack showed up when they said they would, communicated throughout the entire process and delivered as promised.
After a long, frustrating wait for a driver who never showed, Jeremy arrived with a smile on his face and encouraging words to turn my bad situation into a much more pleasant one. He went above and beyond and I’m very appreciative.
My dad tried to get a tow from this company through Allstate roadside assistance. After waiting about three hours he called them, and they said Allstate cancelled the tow. Allstate denies this and says Wolfpack cancelled. I don't know for sure who's lying, which is why I'm not giving a one-star review. If it was Wolfpack that lied, they could have just not accepted the request in the first place. We waited hours for nothing.
The driver was very polite, respectful and professional. I appreciated the thorough process of documenting photographs before and after having the vehicle towed. Their customer service was excellent and felt they went above and beyond to ensure their customers did not experience any added stress. Highly recommend for emergency situations!
This company is awesome. So dedicated to customer service. We had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere and this towing company literally saved us. He went above and beyond to help our family. Out of all the towing companies in this area, these guys are the best. I needed several cars towed for our dealership. They gave us a time for pick up and quoted us a price. At the end of it all they were on time and I ended up paying the exact price they quoted. Fair and honest company, definitely use them.
