Jesus did a great job on my 2007 Toyota Camry car. I had got into an accident Nov 27, 2022 and I got my car back before Christmas Dec 15, 22. I would recommend him to anyone to go to him. He helps me and my family and friends. He is quick but he makes sure that your car looks brand new. They are very nice people and will work with you.
Service was great. Nice fellas working the counter. Called for the part and picked the part up. It's nice and clean inside. It didn't look dark and dreary like some used part places.
B&B Used Auto Parts provided fast service and reasonable prices.
When I received my trunk lid and other parts from B&B they all arrived complete and in pristine condition. The packaging was awesome. When I have purchased hoods and trunk lids from other used parts dealers in the past … invariably they would arrive damaged from shipping because of the way they were packed.
Brandon was awesome to work with he was able to help me with two different late model Subaru projects that I am working on. Brandon at B&B Used Auto Parts will be the first dealer that I will call with future car projects.
Always very professional and polite. As another local small business this allows us a much greater chance of being successful with the help of B&B.
They always have parts pulled for us in a timely manner and communicate timelines very clearly.

I am at this moment very disappointed with my decision to purchase from B & B, hopefully they will do the right thing & change my opinion.
But I had my choice of a few online companies had the part I needed, I base my choice primarily on these positive reviews here and other location, as I don’t trust the reviews listed on EBay, many sellers will have almost impeccable reviews on eBay but independent searches will show otherwise.
Anyway I made my choice to purchase a used amplifier fro B & B with pics showing the unit to be in excellent condition, even got an email from them that assured me the unit had been fully test and was completed operational.
Anyway I got a notification yesterday that it had arrived and alerted my wife to bring it inside, just got home myself from business trip & was eager to open the box, my dismay was when I unwrapped it from its outer layer of bunny wrap and the inner layer of shrink wrap . I could see the case as clearly majorly damaged, a hard impact -PRIOR to shipment had happened, and some at the company had wrapped up the damaged merchandise and shipped it to me!!!
I went back and reviews the photos I looked at online & again it shows the amplifier to be in almost perfect condition-
The damage was done prior to shipment,
Had it been done my the shipping company-
The box would be damaged & the damaged pieces would be contained within, but they are not.
So I’m dismayed this company with good ratings would ship a damaged piece to a customer,
I will be seeking a full refund.
And they can have their broken amplifier back,
I’m not gonna pay $100 for a damaged broken amplifier!
It's very rare that I have an opportunity to right a stellar review because I've gotten amazing service, but today is one of those days. I called B & B for a wheel and had the pleasure of talking with Brandon, he identified what I need and worked hard to make sure that the package was shipped 26 Feb 2021. I must say for a business owner in the same line of work, that an employee like Brandon is an asset with qualities that many of us rarely have the pleasure of employing. You better hold on to that one he is definitely a keeper! Well Done Brandon, well done!
I called several different places to find a motor for my car. Out of all the places I called this is the one that helped me the most and was able to make sure that my car and the motor they had was the correct one for me. Brad was so nice and very patient with me cause I called home several times asking questions. Then the last time I called him it was to purchase the motor and find out how long it would take to get to me Brad was nice to look it up and said it would be to me in 3-4 days and I received it in two days. So thank you for all the help and the patients with me.

Needed a sensor that was 430 dollars at ford. Couldn’t find it on eBay or any other salvage yard. This is a part most yards just scrap with the car. Most places didn’t even want to entertain helping me out. Brad was externally helpful, pulled the part immediately sent me photos and had it shipped within 4 hours. Amazing staff and a great place to do business with. Wish more salvage yards were as friendly and helpful.

Then after a guy called in side the storage after I see it it was not even metal almost it was ash ! The after he apologized really bad ...he refunded at my money with in 5 minutes.

First experience buying a used part. Such a pleasure working with B&B. Larry was especially helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. Had the part promptly delivered to my auto shop and offered warranty on part. I recommend them and will use them in the future before purchasing expensive dealership prices.
I had a great experience with B&B I was looking for a window for my 2014 Arcadia I went inside the guy told me he will call me as soon as his mechanic gets back and was able to pull it out of an old car he called me within an hour and had it ready for me thank you B&B
Great service, I ordered a mirror @10:30 am on Wed. received it @ 1:00 pm on Thur..From Charlotte NC to Powhatan Va in a little over 24 hrs. will be back.
If you are in need of quality used parts B&B is a good supplier.
They typically can find or have what you need. You can't go and search the lot for what you need or take it off they do that. They have a good selection of motors and trans also. Call and ask them they prob have it.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Bunch of liars! Called in and talked to Andy and gave him a list of the parts I was looking for; he told me they have them all and have 14 of those cars on the yard. I get there and they only have 1 part from my list and even that wasn't a full assembly I was looking for but just half of it. TOTAL BS!! Wasted my time and gas money! Will not be doing business with them again.
NEVER BUY FROM THEM! I drove 4 hours to them and told them to hold the part for me the night before and sold the part after three hours of driving! Absolutely worst customer service ever! All they told me was I’m sorry. Didn’t want resolve their mistake. Waste of Gas and 6 hours of my time! Do NOT, I repeat Do NOT BUY FROM THEM. TERRIBLE Customer service
Amazingly nice staff, called them about a bumper for my Mazda, they send me pictures of it in like 15 mins. Picked up the next morning, they even wrapped in bubble wrap for me. Pleasure do to business with these guys.
I only have good things to say about the part specialists at B&B. They are knowledgeable, helpful and very nice. You don't have to worry about being put on hold for forever and they are prompt with delivering parts. I do a lot of business with them and will continue to.
The door was advertised as A00. It arrived with scratches all over it, a couple deep ones were obviously old. There were also 3 large knicks in the trim piece. It was nowhere near A00 condition. If you ask for it to be shipped, they try to blame the carrier in advance for any problems. These scratches did not come from the carrier. I sent them pictures. They did not respond. I contested it with my credit card company, but they would not accept pictures from me. They never sent me an invoice, so I didn't have that to provide. I trusted. I lost. Buy at your own risk. BBB is my next step.
Great place! These guys had a part I made 10+ calls to find! There was no discussion of "I can order it for you" or "I'll make you a great deal". They were simply straight forward good business men. No need to haggle because they already presented a fair price.
Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. When I received the parts, it was cleaned it and they helped load onto my truck. Will definetly come back again.
