Al was the best. He was super responsive, extremely kind and so easy to deal with. He made the process so easy. I would absolutely recommend him and his business to anyone that needs their services.
I was in an accident and my car did not fare as well as I did. I decided to junk it on the scene and called a few places for quotes. They beat multiple other offers with their price and arrived within 20 minutes of me calling them. The driver even offered to drive us home from the accident to get the title for the vehicle. Update 2/5 : they said they were going to junk my car so we didn’t have to sign the back of the title bc no one would be driving it ( I was in shock, prob had a slight concussion , and should have known better, but I was like” ok cool whatever” at the time and gave them the title)
A few weeks later an insurance company contacts me and says I’m responsible for another accident that the car had been involved in bc someone had been driving it and got into a wreck and the title was still in my name.
We got it worked out and everything ended up being fine but it was really stressful and I did not appreciate that they said they were going to junk it and then did not keep their word.
Neil and his junk car business are Top-Tier. Great communication throughout the entire process. He’s helpful, genuine, fair, and honest. The driver, Al, was kind, friendly, & professional. Highly recommend!

Call Neil first. After a fiasco the night before dealing with Bellinger and Son wreck service. I was told driver was on the way, but he never showed up. I called Neil explained to him my situation that I was from Greenville with my car broke down in Charlotte, wanting to junk it. He was very helpful on the phone. He also came as soon as he could so I could get back to Greenville.
Neil was really professional and helpful in assisting me with my vehicle information and getting the information needed back to me in a quick turnaround. Top priority for customers! Thanks again!
This group uses Peddle for their "cash for junk car" program. Unless your car is in excellent condition do not waste your time with them. They were "far" below competitors bids..

Sold my car to them. The whole time he was looking at it he was cursing and calling the car "A piece of junk". I know it's a piece of junk that's why I brought it to you. I wish I would have taken my business elsewhere at least they could have made it a professional experience.
Called based on information on website. The website states that they service the surrounding areas of Charlotte, specifically including Cabarrus County. I was told that they only service Charlotte . When I referenced the website the man that I spoke with claimed to know nothing about his own business's website or technology. He also didn't know where Concord was or am least claimed to not know. Fix your website or pay someone to fix it. I live 10 minutes from Charlotte but that's too far. A little more effort and manners would have gotten you a better rating even if you didn't buy my car.
Gave the best offer in town with outstanding customer service. Due to issues that were completely my own, I was not able to use their junk for cash services (definitely would have!) but he still provided a lot of information that helped me navigate getting rid of my car the cheapest way possible for me. They did not have to do that since they did not receive any compensation from me. I cannot thank them enough for the knowledge they provided!
Best place to sell your junk car too. We agreed on price for my junk car but when he come to pick it up, he likes it and end up giving me more more cash for it.
Super quick service today. I needed my junker that suffered a catastrophic power/air/belt failure to be removed from my deeded parking space in the parking deck uptown within 6 hours. I called cash4junkcars and they sent a tow to take it awayawa less than 1 hour. Very impressed. Must have title and/or license with State registration in your name. Fortunately I had it. Quick and easy and they paid me. That's great service. Would recommend.
I had a car in my yard that I thought was worthless. I called, they gave me a quote over the phone and showed up when they said they would. I was so pleased at how professional and quickly I got the car removed and I made money to remove an eye sore. So very happy, I recommend them highly.
