Not friendly, I got the vibe of "your kind are not welcome here." I will NEVER return! It was not a pleasant interaction because the young man acted as though I was disturbing him from doing absolutely nothing!
Was treated with so much unprofessional service, it's like nothing I have ever seen before and was actually threatened by one of the employees and it was just hurredus to say the least!! Really poor customer service!!
They steal from u don't go I asked the dude working behind the counter to watch my impact and came back in and it was behind the counter and woulnt give it back
Great service friendly staff and great prices. Was about to pay about 600 for a used engine with water in it at lkq but ended up going to auto parts u pull instead and got a engine n 2 car door speakers for 330. Nice selection of vehicle. Only downside is there's no pavement so you'll be n the mud working at times
This place is very unprofessional... I drove all the way from Rock Hill to come here.. called the guy on the phone and he said yeah we got what your looking for... when I got there he to me where the car was suppose to be...well it wasn't there..so I went back inside told him I couldn't find the car...he said it's gotta be there unless they have already crushed it... instead of him getting up from his seat to go show where the car should be,he just sat there.. there we're two guys in there working.they we're both sitting on there butts playing on there cell phones!!.. well I guess they didn't wanna make the company any money... I will never step foot in this place again!!!!
Jeff is Amazing , we were stranded and he came all the way through after he had long days work , he stayed with us after we had been on the lot for almost 8hrs working to pull parts and get our parts on , we will be forever grateful and have found a new place to do all our business , thanks again Jeff !
Last time I went they had what I was looking for lkq didn’t have what I wanted. Yes not paved put a good selection of older stuff Chevrolet ford dodge too I seen. I bought a alternator bracket for my Astro.
Great yard, they have a good selection and the staff is very friendly. They're willing to work with you on price (NO self service yards around here are that great to deal with, it's refreshing to deal with a yard like this!) and the prices are very fair.
The yard could be a little more organized, but it's definitely not the worst I've seen. It can get muddy in areas, so be prepared for that.
I haven't noticed how often inventory rotates since I've only been here twice, but so far they've earned me as a return customer.
For the scrap metal portion of the business, it's one of the easiest scrap selling experiences I've had. Granted, I didn't have much that day, but it was much easier than other scrap yards in the area. There was no waiting time, and I didn't have to drive my car through some muddy, debris filled lot.
Overall, I highly recommend checking them out if you need car parts or want to sell scrap metal!
This yard is poorly organized and not maintained at all. The service person at the phone as well as the counter assured me they had the item that I called about. After driving 30 minutes to their location I was told "there's a couple of them up the hill." I took my tools and walked for another 30 minutes taking in 85% of the yard and did NOT find one. This place is bad karma.
They enter almost nothing into their system despite having multiple data fields for it. I'm not sure why they maintain those columns in a database if they refuse to use them. There is a charge to enter their lot of a couple of dollars. I couldn't get the part I needed because they were all gone. Still had to pay just to go look. It seems like they have a decent selection though, and it's laid out to be convenient to get to all of the cars. They have golf carts and certain tools and equipment available for rental there as well.
Helped my uncle, he has had back and knees problems load up scrap metal from a house he purchased. He had 2,578lbs of metal and they only gave him $124.50 for all that scrap metal. Seems to me they ripped him off. Call around different yards before you go here. I going to investigate and get to the bottom of this. Not happy about taking advantage of senior citizens.
Auto Parts U Pull is an excellent junkyard with a good selection of vehicles and friendly people. They are always very friendly and helpful and the prices are very reasonable. So do yourself a favor and don't go to Pull-A-Part... Check these guys out!
Its very unorganized and very unprofessional never go there... No one knows what's going on they just take your 2 dollar free and don't have the vehicle's in the yard...Be aware
One of the best places I found to get used parts. You have to pull the parts yourself but you can save a lot of money. I've used this place plenty of times and they always have what I'm looking for. Great employees too , always helpful.
Stay away. Called, drove 30 miles. They charged me money to enter lot and didnt even have the part I called for. Then, refused to refund my money! Wow... What a rip off!
Customer service is deplorable. Open till 5 but no one around to help me at 4, once I tracked someone down, he told me it was my fault no one helped me . Also, the place is filthy inside and out. Pull a-part is a much better option, they have a staff and some semblance of order and pride about their business.
The inventory is not very well organized. No real discernable grouping for anything. Regardless, the yard isn't very big so it's easy to walk around and see everything. I found what I was looking for, so it was a successful first visit for me.
My husband went today 5/4/17 to get a Murray riding lawn mover part, and a big guy(YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE) unfortunately he did not get your name, but I'm sure there is not many guys this size there at this location, told him as he was trying to get a tire off the mower that he can't get the tire, then he asked if he can buy the whole mower and he said NO, now this seem to be a racial issue, because this place is A PARTS PULL PLACE, I called back and spoke to a lady that confirmed that they there are was riding lawn mower parts here that you remove yourself , and this is what my husband was doing, and was told for no reason at all that he could not retrieve this part, I will also be reporting this to the BBB, THIS RATING IS BELOW ZERO, AND I WILL PLACE THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA AS WELL.

Doesn't run business the way it should be done, sits around talking crap about the customers. Scam scam Scam. fact#1 went for a part for 2006 pontiac, guy said no need to test fit because computer said the part works. I wanted to test first.
