I have been doing business with this company for years. What drives me to constantly deal with them is their accommodation and excellent customer service skills and approach. I have known Fernando for a very long time and his approach to customers service has grown tremendously. He is very respectful and attentive to details. I definitely will recommend them at all times.
TOP SERVICE!!! This establishment and its staff are so helpful and friendly. The manager took time to make sure I had everything I needed before I left. Very good service. I drove two and a half hours to get the car parts that I needed. I called beforehand they were able to source the parts and they were ready for me when I got there. Recommended!
They tell you one price on the phone and then in person they tell you another very bad business also owner is very agressive and rude NEVER BUY PARTS HERE
Drove 3 hrs round trip to pick up a odyssey wheel. Made sure to ask before leaving that they have one. When I got here they didn't have any. Wasited 3 hrs. Would not recommend this business.
I live in MI and my sister lives in Charlotte. She needed an alternator. I called these guys and he found one for her. He was very nice and professional, and very helpful. I talked to him on the phone and told him “she doesn’t have a clue about any of this,” and he confidently told me “don’t worry, I’ll take care of her.” They verified the part would be correct for her car. Their prices are good too. In a type of business that isn’t usually very classy, this guy is a class act.
This place is top notch. Fernando got me the parts for my civic for the best price anywhere. And the service is excellent. After trying at least 10 other salvage yards i cannot be happier. And they are very helpful and polite.
This people are money hungry My Mom bought an engine for her Chevy Express for $1900 and the guy who was there when she picked it up said that it had 30 days return for any reason, She returned the part about a week after because her van didn’t need a engine because it was something else the guys started to questioning her “why? She explained and he still made a hard time saying that maybe it was something else that she didn’t wanted said it! Her Van didn’t really needed the engine and he then said that he was going to charge her 30% of the price They never mentioned that she was going to paid 30% to return the part when she order the part My mom is a single person that works hard for her money!!! This people will take your hard working money DON’T TAKE YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY IN HERE I wish my mom would of had check the reviews before buying here! This people are trash and i will make sure I shared it on social media because i have a lot of followers so everyone get to know how money hungry they are!!!! They don’t deserve not even a 1 star review!!
Prepaid for a hood that was told to be in excellent perfect condition. Drove almost 2 hours there to pickup the item and the hood was damaged on both corners. failed to mentioned this, overall manager was able to work out a price

If I could rate them below 1 star, I would. I called them to find an engine part for our 2012 Hyundai Sonata and was told they had two of their on their lot. I ask if I could come out and look at the cars for the part. The woman in the office said yes.
I got there and then was told that the engines on both cars had been removed and dismantled. I told the man "I guess I wasted a trip". His only answer was "yep".
Is this how you treat a potential customer?
No integrity at all and no class whatsoever. This will be the first and last time I will ever contact them for any car needs. Don't deal with them, folks. You'll be wasting your time.
NEVER BUY A ENGINE FROM HERE! I BROUGHT A ENGINE HERE PAID $3200 FOR THE ENGINE & $750 FOR LABOR FOR THE ENGINE TO BE PUT IN. ONCE THE ENGINE WAS INSTALLED I WAS INFORMED THE ENGINE WAS NO GOOD. THE OWNER GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND FOR OVER 3 WEEKS! NOW HE SAYING I NEED TO PAY SOMEONE TO HAVE THE ENGINE TAKEN OUT AFTER WE WASTED $750 IN ORDER FOR ME TO GET A REFUND. THIS COMPANY PLAYS ALOT OF GAMES. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY. THEY ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE AND YOU CAN NOT TRUST THEM. WOMEN NEVER GO ALONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS,THEY GET OVER ON YOU!!!!
Called to order parts and was told parts are ready and on the shelf. When arrived, I was told I have to wait at least an hour because parts had to be removed. 2 hours later, was told they didn't have one of the part I needed. This was" suposebly " the part they were removing... Junk yard is a mud pit with hardly any parking . save your time and shop else where .
Very poor customer service they lied to me that they had the right part. Said they would have it in 3 hours 4 days later I get the part and it's the wrong one
I spoke with Sam over the phone about getting new tires and wheels from him. He quoted me $300 over the phone. Which was a great price! Once I got there, he told me $350. I politely reminded him that he told me $300 over the phone and he admitted to not remembering what he told me but wouldn’t honor the original $300 quote. I didn’t have a problem with the $350 price Bc that is still a great price but it’s the principle. He should’ve honored what he quoted me, especially Bc he forgot. I would recommend sending written quotes to future customers to prevent this from happening again.
We searched high and low for a windshield for our car and finally found the one we needed at Charlotte used auto parts. We got a great price and they hooked us up with someone to install it the same day . We are thrilled with the service and professionalism we got from them . Thanks guys!
I went crazy looking for a part for my vehicle - and I was able to find it here - and for much less money than I would have expected. Better than that - the customer service here is TOP-SHELF. I spoke with Fernando several times during the week. I asked him if they were open on the weekend and he said yes from 9-1. I told him that I would be at his place first thing Saturday morning because I work during the week. I drove 1.5 hours to meet him and purchase the part and the yard is closed. A waste of my time. That's bad business.
