This company bought a vehicle from my location went through another vehicle took stuff out of it that didn’t belong to them and didn’t pay for the vehicle. They would send me a check, but then because a catalytic converter was not on there they could not pay for the vehicle after they remove the vehicle.
Neil is one of the nicest and most honest people in the industry. He gave me a very good price for a car I sold for parts last year. I called him today about another car and he quoted me a price, then referred me to someone else who could probably give me an even better price! He did and I can’t thank or refer him highly enough.

I actually wanted to ask about buying parts from a specific brand of used car, and he couldn't help with that - but he pointed me to a right direction and explained all the details that might help me. It's rare to have someone take so much care to help people who are not going to use their services at the moment. Will definitely keep this business in mind when the time comes to junk our car
Neil was fantastic! Great customer service, timely in response, excellent communication, and professional. My son wrecked our car in an accident and thank God my son is okay, but the car not so much. And of course 3 weeks before the accident we decided to save a few bucks and dropped our full coverage insurance to just liability so insurance wasn't giving us a dime for the damages to the vehicle. Life is funny sometimes! (Lesson learned-teenage drivers-full coverage is worth it). Right from the start Neil was honest with me and told me that if we couldn't come to a solution, he was going to try and make some calls to find someone who could. That was refreshing to hear because few and far between you find that anymore in business where they try and help you even if it's no profit to them. Outstanding on his part for keeping that model of business alive! I had a few other offers, but decided to go with Neil as I was impressed with how he handled everything and would rather support a local business in the area. He was excellent in communicating with me the whole time of when they could come pick up the vehicle and the timing of their arrival. The transaction was simple and easy...handed over the title, cash in hand, and they picked up the car same day. I would recommend him and his business all day long. Outstanding customer service! I made a phone call regarding a junk car on a property we are renovating. They were able to schedule pick-up within 48 hours of my initial contact. The vehicle had 4 flat tires and was down a narrow drive behind the house. I was amazed by the technique of the driver who was able to access and retrieve the non-running vehicle without disturbing any of the construction areas! Al was a total pro! Everyone I spoke to was always super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company and would use it again.
These guys did a great job helping us tow some cars from our driveway. They paid us a fair price for our cars, and helped us take care of some things we needed for our other cars. Great customer service, professionalism, and timeliness.
I called Neil to help me get rid of my van, he said he could offer me $300 but referred me to someone who could give me $500. I sold it to his referral. It's uncommon now-a-days to find someone who will do their best to help you despite losing out on their own benefit. I would highly recommend calling Neil to help you get the best outcome.

Great experience!! Neil has years of experience in the industry and understood completely that most folks who call for his services are not experts. He was not condescending or antagonistic. He answered all my questions - and when I had another inquiry after our initial call, I texted him and he texted right back. He called around for a whole 24 hours trying to get us the best deal possible. We settled on an amount and then met him at the location where the vehicle was, signed documents and he towed the car away. EASY! I know every transaction is different but mine was great! Yep, these good reviews are true. I called 6 other numbers and no one gave me the offer that Neil gave. Two places 'offered' me a $500 tax write-off and restaurant gift cards. What a crock! The transmission died in my car it's really frustrated as I have to figure out lots of things. I called this location today and someone name Neil answered the phone. I had decided to get rid of a couple cars so I called. At first I spoke with a guy who was very rude. After this incident I wrote a bad review to warn potential customers of the attitude that I was met with, within just a couple of days I was contacted by the owner of the company, he apologized for his employees behavior and assured me that the guy I spoke with had been terminated. We then where able to talk about the cars that I had called about originally and the owner came up with a fair deal that we both agreed on. I can tell that the owner of the company really cares about his business and reputation. It was a little frustrating at first but overall was a good experience.

I called Pro Tow after having called several other companies that either did not return my call or were rude on the phone. The person I spoke with was polite and explained everything in detail. They offered a price that was more than anyone I had spoke to previously. Truth be told, I would have sold it to this company had they been less than anyone else just because of their polite manner on phone. Highly recommend this company.
