Called to inquire on a specific part. Will not ship at all to body shop or dealership or anything. Spoke to owner of this company and stated if that’s the case I don’t want to do business with them anyway. When the owner of this unprofessional company refers to a customer as a “smartass” 0 respect for this company. I hope this finds and gives anyone looking to use this company advise to don’t. Very unprofessional and horrible experience over the phone.
I called up there in regards to a part for my truck and was rudely handle from beginning to end. I never got the information or pricing for part before being hung up on. She told me she will not look up anything and that she is really busy. Everytime I call back I get put on hold before even saying anything. She never click back over. This my first and last time dealing with this Business.!!
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING, THEY ALWAYS ANSWER THE PHONE AND ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS.THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL. IT IS THE CLEANEST SALVAGE YARD I HAVE EVER SEEN THEY TAKE EXTREME PRIDE IN THE APEARENCE OF THE FACILITY. After looking for parts for my classic, S & R saved the day. For three weeks I was calling from state to state with no luck. Then one dealer in Virginia asked me to contact S&R. I was pleasantly surprised that they had my specific part. It was a very busy day there as I can imagine, yet they took the time to find my part & send photos. After confirming my part, I made arrangements to ship to my state. My payment was swiftly sent & their response was as swift! Packaging was fantastic and parts were received in two days. I can only say that the customer service and attention to detail was above & beyond superb!! I'm sure many businesses could learn more from S & R what it means to satisfy
their customers. PS: Price for part was also very fair. I wish them well always, and would certainly deal with them again (If I had too) Best wishes from Pennsylvania, you made the holiday season better. Happy New Year Guys, WELL DONE !!!!!
Worst place to go customer service sucks , called for a vehicleade me drive an HR to tell me that the vehicle was never there won't recommend anyone going here.
difficult website to navigate, asked for a google review, I was frustrated using the site. Hoping for a better in person navigation to answers i seek for the questions I wish i had answers too.
The customer service was good the price for the parts isn't bad and they do give you a 60 day warranty or refund they said on your parts. The only problem I have is that they didn't tell me I would have to wait on a phone call to come back and get the part and it could take from 2 hours or longer. This is something they should let people know ahead of time so that they will know how to plan there day. That's a good courtesy thing to do for the customer.
The place is good on service, strong cigarette smell when you first walk in. Who cares junk yards are known for that, the older guys there are very friendly and the few times I bought from them parts have been good and right
Customer Service! Called looking for parts, they didn't have them but Mike took the time to find someone else who did and referred me to a different company. S&R will be my first call going forward with that kind of service. Thanks Mike.
Terrible experience a lady there who didn’t know what she was talking about or doing fire her And find somebody who knows what they’re talking about and doing
Lisa has to be the Shinning Star of Service representatives out there. She did not have what I needed but she saved me a ton of phone calls trying to search for the part - the 8 previous companies I spoke to weren't willing to do. Very helpful and friendly! Just called to get info on a part, young gentleman that answered the phone was totally outstanding, unfortunately I didn't catch his name But he was so kind and even went as far as to check to see who had the part that I needed!!!
This is a professional, clean wrecking yard. I dealt with so many dirty, shoddy operations peddling true junk before finding these guys, I wish I'd been aware they are right in NoDa too! They have what they say they have, and it's ready when they say it's ready. The first part I purchased from them was actually practically new, a $300 steering rack for $75. 6 out of 5 stars guys.
