Cover up name for their “QC Impound”. Charged $550 to tow a friend’s car that was legally parked as there was no towing sign in the lot. $275 for the tow, $100 for dolly, $100 magic gate fee, then another $75 which the drivers couldn’t explain what it was for. I guess NC predatory towing laws have gotten pretty relaxed. There’s also no office and they require that you schedule an appointment to try and get an extra day fee out of you. Anyway, be wary of predatory business practices. Will be filing with the BBB.
They towed my car around 0100hs on a Sunday morning. They changed me a lot fee for Sunday and Monday when they are closed on Sundays, if someone come in to release your car on Sunday it’s a extra $100.00. They also added an additional $100.00 for towing my car the “correct way” I was charged $430.00 to get my car back. This place is ridiculous and should get shutdown.
They also own a shady company called QC Impound (same business address) which is the predatory towing side of their business. Over $500 for a simple tow and release. Lucky for them that NC laws allow for this outrageous pricing for “legally” stealing cars.
I would urge that you consider a different company that doesn’t hide the fact that they engage in predatory towing. There’s no reason to be in that business other than the money grubbing nature of the owners. Poor class all around.

They are very professional and understanding. I have been booted, but the driver and manager took into consideration the situation. Having worked in numerous places around Charlotte and the surrounding area, I can say this company is superior to many of its rivals; such as LMS parking. I would highly recommend this company.

We were coming from out of town and got a flat tire. After waiting 3 hours for kia assistance to help and never came, we called local. They came immediately and also helped take all of us at once. Kristina gave me one of the best customer service experiences Ive received from a company in a very long time. Customer Svc has been my profession for over 30 years an she nailed it. Donna was extremely courteous and professional on the phone. She gave me accurate details about when the driver would arrive and help me try to start my jeep and if couldnt, would tow me to a place where I can get a new battery.

I was canceled on three times. I called to follow up with a pickup and no answer! It’s passed the scheduled time and no communication whatsoever. I’m so aggravated after patiently waiting two weeks. I would not recommend this company at this time. Especially if booking through Peddle. I canceled my car pick up and will be selling to another company.
Zach from Neighborhood. Towing was very professional and kind. I felt like I had known him for years. He listened to my symptoms and gave me a boost which started the car. He suggested I go next door to the Advanced Auto for a replacement. However, the store's computer showed that it needed to be replaced "professionally". I called Zach back, who was already on his way to the next tow. He turned around to come back and tow my car for repairs. I will definitely use them again and will refer them to friends. I received a follow-up call when Zack(?) was on his way to me. He was so professional and courteous. After receiving my battery booster he suggested that I drive next door to get my battery checked out. To make a long story short, the store was not able to install a battery, leaving me stranded again. I quickly called Zack to explain and he turned around and came back for my car. He made me feel at ease. I felt like I had known him for years. I now have this towing company in my contacts. DONNA saved my life...kind of! I was 2 hours away for boarding my return flight and I locked my keys in my rental car. I couldn’t stop crying and she calmed me down and got Jeremy out there within 15mins. The service was impeccable and the whole ordeal took less than 30 mins. I originally called to just get my tire changed. But we quickly realized the spare needed air too! They offered to tow my car to the shop at an affordable price. Overall, very thorough, punctual and friendly. Would recommend!

I highly recommend these guys to anyone, I needed a low car that would not start to be towed and the driver Zach was very helpful, took great care of the car, and knew what he was doing. Everything about the process was stress free from booking the appointment to Zach being there right on time and handling everything extremely well.
I had the worst day ever. After sitting in my car on the side of the road for 2.5 hours my hero, Zach, showed up. He was a breath of fresh air as he quickly loaded my car and took us to our destination. He is a great down to earth guy and I’m very glad I put my money with Neighborhood Towing and that they sent Zach to save the day!
I was in Charlotte visiting for a meeting, and my car battery and alternator had blown and I was stuck there. Luckily Zach came when I called and drove my car back to Greensboro. The prices are affordable and the customer service is exceptional!

If you’re looking for a reliable service for a great price neighborhood towing is the right business to trust! I’ve had my Porsche towed with these guys and did feel the difference from the first second that I’ve talked to them over the phone and booked a towing truck until the last minute of delivery! Nice people! The driver Zac wasn’t that typical tow truck driver and he was super nice and friendly! He paid extra attention to make sure my car is properly being towed! Unfortunately my front bumper tow hook cover got broken when he was trying to install it back but he took the part to the store and they’ve reimbursed me the damage which was very nice of them! So you can trust these guys and they would stand behind they’re actions! Strongly recommended!!!!
