They are very professional and understanding. I have been booted, but the driver and manager took into consideration the situation. We were coming from out of town and got a flat tire. After waiting 3 hours for kia assistance to help and never came, we called local. They came immediately and also helped take all of us at once. I highly recommend these guys to anyone, I needed a low car that would not start to be towed and the driver Zach was very helpful, took great care of the car, and knew what he was doing. Everything about the process was stress free from booking the appointment to Zach being there right on time and handling everything extremely well.
I had the worst day ever. After sitting in my car on the side of the road for 2.5 hours my hero, Zach, showed up. He was a breath of fresh air as he quickly loaded my car and took us to our destination.
