I had a flat tire on the highway and needed help. CTR Towing changed my tire for me, and provided me with information for local tire shops in the area. I’m really grateful for CTR Towing.
James was wonderful professional and terrific got here when he said he would. He was actually early and was able to tow my car to the shop quickly. I would recommend them highly.
James was so helpful towing my car to a shop from a parking lot where it overheated. It was soooo hot outside and James was there really quickly after I called. He even dropped me by my house around the corner from the shop after my ride was delayed!
Gave them a call when my truck broke down in Charlotte, and needed a tow back to Lexington. Great service, fair quote, and excellent communication. Would highly recommend them if your ever in a tight spot and need a tow.

Had a flat tire on 485 and was attempting to change it myself. James was so kind and gracious that he stopped and helped change the tire with free of charge and made sure i was good to go. Thankful for his kind heart and act of goodness. GOD BLESS h and this company!!!
I needed to tow my car from my house to the VW dealership in Huntersville so I called CTR for a tow. They were at my house within 20 minutes and handled everything so smoothly. They already knew where to take the car at the VW service center, too. Seriously great service.
These guys removed a camper I sold and destroyed my yard. Tried to get them to work with me to fix it and they literally blew me off and said "It's grass, it will grow back" I have gouges in my yard a foot deep. They stole concrete blocks from me and left them broken and buried in my yard. The driver drove off after wrecking my yard up without even talking to me. They did over $2000 damage to my yard. Stay away from these losers!
Great customer service skills , from the beginning of my 1st call with them to the end of the pickup everybody was nice and had great customer service skills and professional. Mya had great communication with me about my tow and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The gentleman who came to pickup my vehicle was respectful and was able to tow my vehicle with no issues. Highly recommend this towing company !!
Hear me out, before calling CTR towing. Another tow company quoted me a very high price, and was going to have me wait 3hrs. CTR came through in no time, and had a great price. BIGG ups to CTR Towing, job well done. And let me not forget the driver, very friendly and can drive the tow truck like he’s driving a car. Shout out to Jerseys!!!!
Outstanding customer service! I had a new dispatcher, Mya handle my call. She remained professional and courteous, the whole time, even during my moments of frustration and worry! She went above and beyond to help me! She ensured me that everything would be taken care of, and it was! She was amazing! Her communication skills are far beyond some I have experienced! She deserves a raise/promotion!

If I could give a negative 10 as a rating, I would. On Sunday my provider selected CTR to pick up my car. After waiting for two + hours, the driver never showed. We never received a phone call telling us that they had extended the time. They would not answer our calls. On Tuesday the same thing happened again (wasting even more of my time). After reading the reviews, I can see that this is a pattern. Don't bother apologizing. Fix the problem. Worst towing company in Charlotte. Avoid using this company, unless you have an unlimited amount of time to waste!
if i could give 0 stars i would. THEE worst towing company ever. no one ever called to update me on an ETA. waited in my car for 2 hours. ended up just catching a lyft home. called for towing at 6:15pm. tow truck never arrived until 10:31pm. if you live in the Charlotte area, i recommend going with KJ’s towing company or any other towing company you trust instead.
When you need a tow truck, something has already gone wrong, but CTR made it a seamless experience. They answered immediately and collected enough information to get a driver headed my way while we worked through the rest of the administrative process. Driver arrived quickly and dropped me off at the specified service center. Fee was reasonable as well. Very impressed with their service and strongly recommend.

The driver was very concerned on what was going on with my vehicle and placed my car on the flatbed with excellence and care like it was his own vehicle. They sent someone out immediately. The people who came out to change my tire spent the extra time to help me repair the hole and saved me an extra trip to the auto shop. They were friendly and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend their services. They did this all in my driveway and it saved me time and money.
I had a tire go completely flat on WT Harris. I had called all the towing companies that were close to where I was. None of them could even get there on that day. Called Carter’s Towing and they were able to help me out. They are not expensive for a tow and we’re able to take my car and myself to a tire shop. Damien was able to get my car hooked up quickly and was very professional. Would definitely use this company again.

You know you've found good people when even a broken down vehicle needing a tow turns into a nice experience! These guys were great with communication and courtesy as well as being timely and helpful. And nothing could be worse for a two operator to have to get down on a wet road and scramble under a low car to hook up chains. . .let alone not be grumpy about it. I hope I don't need a tow again anytime soon, but if I do, it's Carters and no one else.
After a bad experience of another towing service. Didn't even show up and let my car sitting overnight in a parking lot. Carters was truly professional when I reached out to them for help. They got the job done quickly, dropping my car at service station and let me know everything was taking care of. I appreciate people who follow through and get the job done!!!!!
This is the first time ever in my 27 years of driving I’ve had to call a tow truck to tow my car. I expected to have a long wait, but instead it was faster than expected. My car broke down in the evening and they sent someone out to tow me back home and set up 7 am tow service for the next morning to bring my car to the dealership. Both drivers took excellent care with handling my vehicle and were both very polite. Jonathan was great and just a really nice young man. Would recommend for service and courtesy. Jobs well done!
Jonathan was very nice and understanding. He does his job well and is very professional. He told me not to worry about the vehicle he will get it to the shop and transfer all the information so they could start working on it. And therefore I didn’t have to follow him to the dealership. The most important fact about my services I received today was there promptness. He arrived at my house in under 20mins and he called and kept me updated. Awesome towing services!!!!
Jason was very helpful and easy to get along with! He came out in the rain to tow my car to a dealership and was very kind through the entire process. He even checked my car in for me so I did not have to go to the dealership. I would highly recommend Jason for any towing needs you may have.

UPDATE-Carters towing does it again! Right before Christmas I was out for the evening with one of my kids. My last stop on my way home was to a gas station. Prior, nothing seemed off with my jeep. I pulled into a parking spot and when I went to put my jeep in park it stopped at neutral and my gear shift was suddenly loose!
I tried to call multiple nearby places for a tow. They either were too busy and the wait was up to 4hr or they wanted an outrageous fee and the wait was still about an hour.
I called Carters, but since they were a good distance I didn't think they would be able to help. But I was wrong!!
Donny drove over an hour out of the way to come help me get my jeep home. He was quick, knew what he was doing, and despite the incident with my neighbor being rude and out of line (inserting nose in business that wasn't theirs) he handled himself in a completely professional manner.
Honestly, as rude as my neighbor was I was SO impressed he was able to keep his temper because this man was yelling and preventing him from completing the job.
Thanks again Carters for helping me out! I'm so grateful to know I can call and know my jeep is in good hands should I need to (hopefully won't).
I know my review is a bit behind but with the holiday it was very busy. I did want to take the time to acknowledge the amazing service though!
