I needed a tow and this was the only company that didn’t have a crazy wait time. Alan pulled up and had me loaded on record time, even gave me a couple of pointers to shops around the area. I called around First Class Towing around 3:55 pm and Spoke with Allen. I explained my situation with him and he gave me an estimated time of 45 minutes before they could reach me. So I went with that time frame. And in 45 minutes, the driver Chris was at my residence. Fantastic!!!
