I recently had to have my car towed from a body shop back to my house and they did a great job towing my car for a great price and did it efficiently. Bobby was the guy who did the towing and he was extremely nice and was easy to talk to and get everything situated. I contacted this company for the first time today, and it’s the best towing experience I’ve had in Charlotte, hands down! They answered immediately when I called. Ben was scheduled to pick up my car but I ran into a conflict with my sons therapies when he was on the way. He was super nice about it and easy and friendly to work with. He rescheduled for the next morning and worked out a time with me that would work with my sons therapies. Ben was very professional and knowledgeable and 10/10 I would work with him again!
Amazing driver and super friendly. They come when they say they will so you don’t have to wait around. My tow truck driver was so nice he spent 10+ hrs on the road to bring my car where it needed to be and brought it back. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
