This company was dispatched out by my insurance company. Left me stranded for two hours and never showed up. I called and they didn’t answer and I left a voicemail with no response.
I cannot think Abdul and Shaq enough for helping me and my brother out. From battery service, tire needing air, pulling cars, towing to locations for special services. I called them atleast 4 times in one day and they came through on each and every one of them. It does not stop there...I do not reside in NC and still needed 2 vehicles picked up and towed to locations...they made it happen. The feeling was so relieving to be able to trust strangers with coming through with service and they actually made it happen and updated me on every step. They were patient and professional and I truly appreciate honest and phenomenal customer service such as yours. I will deal with them and only them, see you guys in a few months.
QUEEN CITY TOWING IS Absolutely phenomenal! I waited on another tow company (Queen City Roadside LLC) for over four hours who told me they were coming, did not answer the phone, was selected by USAA and never showed! After being on a pitch black street and waiting for over 4 hours I contacted this company…thank God I did!! Queen City Towing had my car towed and into the repair place in less than an hour. It was completely seamless. I was able to move forward with my meeting without having to stay with the car! If I could give them a 10 star review, I absolutely would they were professional, prompt and responsive definitely a company I would use again! Queen City Towing is AMAZING!
Picked up my car on Saturday evening. Wait was about 3 hrs which wasn't bad for a Saturday. Driver was professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend.
Thank goodness for Abdul at Queen City Towing! They were able to get to me in about 30 mins and got my car safely to its destination. Unfortunately, my insurance company, State Farm, contracts with Queen City Roadside LLC. that does not seem to have accurate contact information listed ANYWHERE on the web. Super sketch! Ended up calling and Queen City towing thinking they were them and I'm so glad I did. The service was exceptional and kind. Hopefully State Farm gets it together and contracts with quality companies like this one in the future. I hope I never need to be towed again, but if I do, they will be my first call.

Needed a quick tow, only 3/4 of a mile and wasn’t with my car. QC answered my call immediately, got out in about an hour, and I was able to pay remotely. Super easy and they were really communicative too. Putting them on speed dial in case there’s a next time!!!
I have used Queen City Towing a couple times in the last week, and can't say enough positive things about this business and their customer service. Each time they responded timely and provided excellent customer service, while also being very reasonable with their pricing. They definitely made things easier in a bad situation.
100% would use again. We were traveling in the Charlotte area from out of state when our truck broke down on the highway. After waiting way too long for AAA to get someone dispatched we called Queen City Towing. They were prompt with an eta and quote for the tow we needed and got there on time. Abdul got our truck loaded up quickly and was super patient while we waited for a ride to pick us up. No hidden fees, we paid only what we were quoted, which was very reasonable.
My car needed a tow to the dealership because my key fob stopped working. The driver had great communication, worked quickly and was gentle with my car. I got a ride in their cab and they were friendly, and that helped to put me at ease. The quote they gave me for the tow was perfectly accurate and the payment was simple!
