I wish I could give 100 stars for this business because it's absolutely one of a kind. The genuine care the owner (Shawn) displays for your car needs and your safety while you wait on service is AMAZING. I needed service at 1030p three other companies gave me a ETA then canceled. So when Wrightway Roadside Service contacted me to say he was 20 min. away I was relieved not knowing a customer was already outside with a jack putting my spare on, so I had to cancel, he still called to verify I was OK. Doing that let's you know it's not all about making money with him...He really CARES about PEOPLE. So from now on this is the ONLY business I'm using and letting others know as well because Shawn does things the WRIGHTWAY 😊

All around great service and great pricing!! Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly!! My car wouldn’t start so I Called for a possible jump start(came within 20 minutes) Ended up not being able to keep it running so he had to come back with the tow truck to tow my car home(came back within 30 minutes). Wasn’t waiting around for long period of time so definitely a plus!! Would highly recommend and use again if needed!!! I cannot say enough about Sean at Wrightway Roadside that would really do him justice. He has “saved” me on at least 4 different occasions - yeah my car sucks! But he is always so nice, courteous, and professional. I won’t call ANYONE else. Thank u sooo much!

I just want to say thank you! Too weighrway roadside service! They where awsome! They came in 15 minutes and help recharge my battery! At was stuck at doctor office for update visit! My engine died at 5:30 pm, and was at the mechanic shop by 8:45 pm. I called 10 companies prior and only a few were remotely helpful or even answered at all. Wrightway Roadside Service was amazing from start to finish. They were communicative during the entire service, and sent me updates along the way. Start to finish - the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Would absolutely use them again and will recommend in the future!

Mind blowing service indeed. Locked my keys in car tonight while at work. Sean met me in matter of minutes after recieving an ETA of 50 minutes from dispatch. Very sincere service from a guy who really cares about the individuals and isn't charging an arm or leg. My insurance took care of my services, but i couldn't allow him to leave without a tip. I called more than a dozen so-called "24 hour" roadside assistance services when I had a flat tire in Charlotte at night, only to have all but two of them not even answer the phone. Wrightway was the only service to respond quickly, give me an estimate up front, and texted me while en route to let me know how far out they were. My tire got changed fast, professionally, and courteously. If you ever have a flat in Charlotte don't bother with the rest; call Wrightway. They do things the right way!
Well I called at 3am and he came out in 5mins which was the time that he said he would be there. He was very helpful and didn’t stop until the job was done. It took a min but that tire was hard lol ....and he gave us a discount when in all actuality he should have charged more for the hard work I am thankful that this company was able to come to my rescue will use again saved and locked in on my phone

What an awesome service. So so many great things I can say about my experience with this company. First, the gentleman came right away. It was raining hard and I had a flat tire. He changed my tire in 5 minutes. Very professional and thorough! This company is highly recommended. Never would I purchase another Allstate or AAA roadside assistance again. He was 15 minutes early, very professional and patient. I got locked out of my car at 3AM he did not leave the sight until I could get back into my car (my car is very hard to unlock!). Despite it being 29 degrees outside he got the job done. I definitely recommend!!!!
Very responsive. After my insurance company assigned it to other companies with ever changing ETAs, Wrightway came as promised on time. Shawn the owner is personable and makes you feel comfortable and safe in emergency situations.This is the 2nd time I've used Wrightway and was again a happy customer!
I called early in the morning expecting to get an answering service, nope the owner answered and said we will be out there right away. Our employee locked the only keys to our vehicle inside and other places stated it would be 4-6 hours to come out, Excellent customer service !, with a quick evaluation of the problem it was seconds before the door was un-locked.

I ended up getting a nail in my tire on the way to work and had a flat. I was very worried about getting it fixed as I am new to Charlotte. After waiting 3 1/2 hrs for roadside service for a flat tire repair a company by the "Jackrabbit towing" kept putting me off so I got tired and called insurance agency and they dispatch this AWESOME ROADSIDE assistance company by the name of Wrightway Roadside Service came thru in ample amount of time to fix the issue with my car. The name speaks for itself!!! I'm just going to leave this right here!! All your roadside service should be done the Wrightway ☺️
This brother was awesome!! My car just didn’t crank a few hours ago after stopping by the drug store. I started to panic and had tried four different numbers before I reached his service. He came within 15 minutes after I called and had. E up and running in five minutes! I kid you not.

Shawn was amazing. We had called another service to come get me in my car but they said they couldn’t do it for some odd reasons. When I told Shawn, he was perplexed as to what the issues could’ve been, grabbed his tools and was in the car within 2 minutes. Such amazing service. Amazingly nice guy. We ended up chatting for an extra few minutes and he gave us a few tips on how to fix bent doors when the balloon bends it out. Sincerely, I will never use another roadside service company in the Charlotte area again. He’s for sure my go to guy.

I got a flat tire in Uptown Charlotte and was in a time crunch and called Wrightway Roadside Service. After receiving a text message with a 35-minute estimated time of arrival, the response person was much faster than anticipated and was very friendly. The tire was changed out for the spare in record time as well! I do not like to be stranded on the side of the road...especially with passengers, however, this experience was the best that I have had before. I will definitely call again if in that situation.
