From the moment they arrive on the scene, it’s clear they operate differently:
They immediately take detailed photos of the vehicle and VIN.
They secure the vehicle using special straps instead of chains to protect the rims—something you rarely see elsewhere.
They offer live tracking of your vehicle’s location during transport (yes, live tracking with a tow service!).
And once the vehicle reaches its destination, they follow up with a courtesy call to let you know it arrived safely.

Called them regarding a a car I needed picked up asap. They had a driver out there loading the car up 15 minutes later. They are amazing at what they do! Highly recommend.

The shop worked quickly to get my repair done in a very timely manner. They kept me informed and didn't try to sell me a completely new engine. I appreciate the fact that they told me up front what the worst could be, but also didn't take it to that extreme. Thank you for the great work. If your m’looking for fast and professional towing, Chavez Towing and recovery is the company you want to give them a call. I was stuck by a train and when I called Chavez they out to haul my tractor away in 45mins.
Was in a bind. Had issues getting truck started. Was scrambling to find a tow service to get tractor to a shop. Chavez Towing and repair came up. Had good reviews versus others so I went with them. I will say my experience was similar to the majority of the reviews. The initial phone call and interaction with the Service Manager set the tone. Very professional and customer service friendly. The process of requesting service and getting it went smoothly. I was promised an hour wait for driver. Driver showed up well with in that window. Driver too was great, professional and detail oriented. Got the truck delivered without a hitch. The cost of this top notch service was well below what I expected. I would highly recommend.
I don't even know where to begin. I was stuck on the side of the interstate near Jacksonville, FL & wanted to find a company reasonably priced to tow truck & trailer back to NC. Fortunately enough, I made it back home to Charlotte in a matter of time. If wasn't for the level of understanding, rates, professionalism, & efficiency of Chavez Towing & Recovery, I don't know what would've happened. Thank god for Chavez! I couldn’t get any tow trucks to actually come out and help us and after 5 minutes of being on the phone with one of the amazing owner's, he got a truck to me within 20 minutes, amazing crew, our driver was very nice and the truck was very clean! 1000/10 definitely recommend. Chavez is my #1 choice from now on.
I cant thank Angel and team enough! They got my commercial vehicle unstuck in a muddy backyard and it was sitting on the frame. They had a lot of experience to winch it out safely without damaging my van. To top it all off it was the weekend before Christmas. They are a holiday blessing thanks again
Rolled into the shop to get an inspection. They were very busy that day but Julio got me right in. My truck has a CAT engine and they are very knowledgeable on CAT..this shop will do all my service work. Very friendly
