I don't even know where to begin. I was stuck on the side of the interstate near Jacksonville, FL & wanted to find a company reasonably priced to tow truck & trailer back to NC. Fortunately enough, I made it back home to Charlotte in a matter of time. If wasn't for the level of understanding, rates, professionalism, & efficiency of Chavez Towing & Recovery, I don't know what would've happened. Simply Grateful for the overall experience & everyone who assisted me during this process. HIGHLY recommend them if you're in a bind . (12/23)
Was in a bind. Had issues getting truck started. Was scrambling to find a tow service to get tractor to a shop. Chavez Towing and repair came up. Had good reviews versus others so I went with them. I will say my experience was similar to the majority of the reviews. The initial phone call and interaction with the Service Manager set the tone. Very professional and customer service friendly. The process of requesting service and getting it went smoothly. I was promised an hour wait for driver. Driver showed up well with in that window. Driver too was great, professional and detail oriented. Got the truck delivered without a hitch. The cost of this top notch service was well below what I expected. I would highly recommend.
