Was in a bind. Had issues getting truck started. Was scrambling to find a tow service to get tractor to a shop. Chavez Towing and repair came up. Had good reviews versus others so I went with them. I will say my experience was similar to the majority of the reviews. The initial phone call and interaction with the Service Manager set the tone. Very professional and customer service friendly. The process of requesting service and getting it went smoothly. I was promised an hour wait for driver. Driver showed up well with in that window. Driver too was great, professional and detail oriented. Got the truck delivered without a hitch. The cost of this top notch service was well below what I expected. I would highly recommend.
While on my way to a Georgia for a delivery, our vehicle suffered a catastrophic electronic malfunction during the height of Hurricane Helene coming through Gastonia NC…We limped to safety behind a Citgo gas station were we would remain for 16 days! The devastation caused by the hurricane had denied us immediate help from most emergency roadside providers (who were inundated by requests from all over Western NC due to the storm damage recovery). After numerous calls to over two dozen towing and recovery companies, a total stranger told me about Chavez Towing & Recovery….I called and got Mr. Anthony Chavez on the phone (not knowing that he was the owner)…I explained my dilemma to him and he immediately told me that he would help me with out pause or excuse. Ms. May Chavez called me back as promised and they gave me an unbelievably fair quote to tow my vehicle the 270 miles across the state. They dispatched a wrecker to pickup my truck and store it at there facility until they would make the delivery on Monday. It is with profound gratefulness that I tell the entire world about the sincerity, professionalism and highest standard of service I received from Chavez Towing & Recovery. I am a retired Navy Veteran who served aboard Nuclear Submarines in the Pacific, and I can say without a doubt that there service is exemplary with out measure. BRAVO ZULU!!!!! JOB WELL DONE!!!!! Thanks Mr. & Mrs. Chavez and the entire staff at Chavez Towing & Recovery for all that you have done.
