I called them at 8:27am, they arrived at 8:55am and left at 9:08am. The guy on the phone was very pleasant to talk to. The tow guy, Dylan was super nice and extremely helpful and even shared some knowledge with me! ;) He's very skilled and smart. I will definitely use them again if I need to.
I want to give Ace Towing and Recovery a huge shout out for their exceptional service and professionalism this morning. A special thank you to Chris, who was absolutely outstanding. He was polite, prompt, and right on times not only did he carefully load up my vehicle, but he also offered to drop me off at work and reassured me he would personally deliver my car to the mechanic and pass along my contact information. As a female dealing with car trouble, the situation can be stressful but Ace Towing made the entire process smooth and stress free. They answered my call on the first ring, and Chris arrived shortly after, ready to help without hesitation. I highly recommend Ace Towing and Recovery to anyone in need of towing services. They truly went above and beyond.

Ace towing is my favorite charlotte area tow company - they respond quickly and are reasonably priced. I recommend them to all my clients who are not using a road side assistance program or need their car towed quickly. They respond faster than any other tow service in south charlotte.
Just had my car towed two days in a row to a shop and they charged me the same both days lol even though I was a little farther the second day I think they felt bad haha. Car came out great no scratches or dents very professional. I would definitely recommend
I called Ace Towing after hitting some debris on the highway. The operator on the phone, Michael, was helpful and kind. The tow truck driver arrived within 20 minutes, was efficient and I really appreciated that he suggested I move my young child to his truck where she would be safer until our ride arrived with a car seat safe to take her off the highway. Three weeks later when the tire company requested picture as proof of my tire claim, I called Ace Towing to see if they had pictures of my car. Not only is Michael looking into this for me (they usually take pictures when towing but may not when it is unsafe on the interstate), he took the time to give me suggestions for how to work with the tire company and tips for the future (call a state trooper to get a police report of even minor situations like this). I really appreciate the extra mile both Michael & the tow truck driver have gone.
After poor luck using another service, Michael at Ace was professional, courteous, thorough, and reasonably priced. Since I was calling from 3 states away, Michael took care of everything from start to finish. It was the peace of mind I needed.

I've used them twice now, very quick and straightforward. The driver was kind enough to let me ride back with him when I asked, and his driving made me feel safer than almost any other time I've ridden as a passenger. The same man helped both times, I believe his name was Chris.
After my car had electrical issues on the interstate I called Ace Towing and they were able to respond promptly and professionally. My tow driver, Dylan, was the best. Very friendly and professional, a fantastic and skilled driver and very knowledgeable too. What was a nightmare situation for me became so much better because of his great work. I've dealt with a lot or crummy towing companies before, but Ace Towing was great, at a good value and has fanfastic people. Would give 10 stars if I could.
Chris was a Good Samaritan to me this morning. He saw me when I blew a tire while getting my boys to school and helped out from the kindness of his heart. This is the kind of business we need in our community.
Ace was the 4th towing service I called because of proximity and the only one where someone answered who didn’t seem annoyed by my call. All the other services asked me to text “so and so” to see if that person could do it, or told me they were an hour and a half out. I was stuck in the middle of an intersection and needed help asap. Michael with Ace was amazing. Showed up quickly and was very professional and kind. Definitely recommend!!
A long overdue positive review. My family and I were visiting the White-Water Center when our single car key decided it would take a vacation from us on our own vacation. Needless to say this was a problem. Once we were able to connect with a local dealership that would be able to unlock our car and make us a new one, we needed to actually get the car there. Cue, Ace towing. The parking spaces at the White-Water Center are pretty snug, but they were no match for Eric with Ace Towing. Eric was able to sneak our car out without issue, transported us and the car to the dealership and was great to chat with the entire trip. Eric was honestly a God send and we hope that him and Ace are still connected. Thank you, Eric.

This was my first experience using Ace and I was extremely impressed! They were recommended by Hendrick Honda. The dispatcher Michael was quite helpful and professional and the road technician Omar was friendly, professional and well-skilled. The pricing was quite reasonable. My sister's car broke down off 277 so I was helping her get her car towed since she works at the hospital and needed to make her shift. After calling around a few towing places I was getting very frustrated by other companies lack of help/customer service. Upon calling Ace Towing I was IMMEDIATELY relieved by the way Sarah answered the phone -- she was so kind and helpful in what was a stressful situation for my sister and me. Even though they weren't technically open yet, she assured me as soon as a driver got in, they would come meet me to pick up the car at a safe and convenient location. Less than an hour after my initial call my sister's car was picked up and on it's way to the dealership. She even called me back to confirm the car was picked up since we met at a different location to exchange keys. I was so pleased with the customer service, timeliness and just general "wanting to help" attitude Ace Towing had. I will definitely use Ace Towing for all of my future needs and highly recommend them for anyone looking to get the job done quick, efficient, and most importantly, right!
My vehicle left me stranded off 85, and of all the days for it to happen it was in the pouring rain. These guys were quick to arrive and get it towed to my mechanic. They were polite, friendly, and on time. Rate was very reasonable compared to three other tow services I had called in the Charlotte area. Highly recommend this business.
Blew a hose tonight on the way home. Called for a tow and was told 30 to 45 minutes. Wayne from Ace was there 30 minutes exactly. Very professional. Truck was immaculate and comfortable. Chris was dispatched to meet me at my car but due to mistakes made by the dealership and insurance, was left waiting for me nearly 45 minutes. He was always kind and patient (and not the fake kind.) I felt terrible for his having to wait that day, but he helped to solve the problem and with a truly kind heart, which I needed at that moment. Very nice on the phone, gave me arrival time and pricing was very fair. The gentleman who towed our car was really chill and professional, he gave my fiancé a ride to the shop. In a frustrating time like having your car break down at random it was refreshing to deal with such kind, prompt service. Would recommend Ace Towing to everyone.
Great company. I had a flat tire this morning. Needed a tow to Firestone nearby - less than 4 miles away. Firestone recommended Ace Towing. Sarah could not have been kinder or more helpful. She made a stressful situation much less so and got someone here fast. Also the driver - Keywan (hope I am spelling that properly) - was fast and efficient and nice too. Never used a towing service before but these guys were great. Called as soon as they opened and talked to Michael. He was very helpful and even tried to help me with what could be the issue with my motorcycle gear box. I asked for them to send some one as soon as possible as I had to go to work, and they said they could be there at 9 (which is great). They were at my place exactly at 9, and the guy was very nice and helpfull (think his name was Chris). Very quick and easy, and great experience. Would definitely recommend if anyone needs a tow.
Ace towing was the only towing service that would help given that our car was in a very tricky parking deck and our car is lowered. They were very fast took extra care in getting the car loaded just right so we didn't incur more damage and were very reasonable given how tricky it was. Wayne the driver was so nice and helpful he really made a crazy day much better! Ace is the only company we will ever use after today's wonderful experience with them.
These guys are fantastic and they do much more than just tow cars. We were moving our business and needed some fairly heavy equipment moved. One of our customers knew Michael, the owner of Ace Towing personally and recommended him highly. When I called - Michael was very professional, and accommodating. stating that they have moved many types of equipment and as long as they could do it safety they would move about anything. I sent him pictures of our two commercial embroidery machines and we made the deal. The driver was right on time. The truck was clean, neat and obviously very well maintained. He did an excellent job and moved the equipment without issue and at a very reasonable price. These guys are great and I highly recommend them for towing as well as moving equipment. I used these guys to get my car towed from one auto shop to another. They were polite on the phone, upfront about pricing and the service was quick. I don't use towing service a lot but I felt like the price was pretty decent too. I saw on the website it says you get 10% off if you mention it and sure enough they took it off without a problem. And no I'm not a promoter for the company.
