They took $1,200 in advance from me to tow my driver from the shoulder of a busy highway and then blocked all the numbers that I called them from!
The driver is still on the shoulder and no one is coming to pick him up nor picking up the phone.
I WILL BE FILING A POLICE REPORT!
This way of scamming and stealing money is incredibly bold and stupid! THIS IS WHY TRUCKING BUSINESS WENT TO THE ROCK BOTTOM!!!

Lied to me 3 times about how long it would take for a gallon of gas. After 2 hours, my car battery died and needed a jump and I was charged an extra $58! I had other cheaper options, but waited on them because they kept telling me 20 minutes or less. Ended up being over 2 hours.

They towed me 752 miles in the middle of the night. I couldn’t find anyone at a reasonable price until Eugene answered the phone I literally thought I was stranded. They definitely do long distance towing the right way.
So my car got towed and I spoke with 311 and I thought they said this company but after speaking with Eugene....I was wrong!! It was not the company's area and they did not have my car.... I was quick to hang up .... and then my phone rings and it is Eugene from US Towing....he was calling to inform me that I can call 311 or the non emergency police department to find my vehicle..... he didn't know that I knew that and he took the time to call me to educate me on how to find.. WOW!!! Great Guy .... Great Customer Service!!! He doesn't know me he just imagined how aggravated I would get trying to call the numerous tow companies looking for my vehicle! THANK YOU Eugene! You are a true gentleman! And I am sure everyone you work with knows your value from the good energy I could tell over the phone that you bring. I know your job is hard and you probably get talked junk about for towing someone's vehicle....so it is nice that you keep high spirits.

After locking my keys in my car during Covid, there was nothing like being helped by a gentleman who not only was respectful, but Covid safe. The owner provided hand sanitizer, and a mask while helping.
