What a great experience. My car was towed here and it turned out to be just a case of having the battery cables cleaned. The owner was so kind, he took care of it quickly with a honest diagnosis and a great price! Thank you, highly recommend!

Truly the best in town!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else! As someone with little to no car knowledge, everyone here is super helpful and experienced and they treat you like family. I don't think I've ever waited longer than a minute or two to speak to someone about a service, even with no appointment and just showing up! Seriously, Chris and his guys are amazing!

Laurel Park Auto is a hidden gem!! The owner, Chris is a shining star!! He explains what's wrong and how he's going to fix it - even with pictures and diagrams. He never acts rushed and is very respectful. A genuine Southern gentleman. His pricing is very fair. I intuitively trusted him beginning with the first time he helped me out in an emergency. I have been back 4 times now and I always leave thinking what an exceptional mechanic!! I have never had this level of service anywhere before - and I'm 72 years old.

Excellent service. Good prices. Got my oil changed and they checked all the fluid levels and checked my tire pressure, added, if needed. Didn’t try to upsell me. Treated me with respect. Super place, I’ll be back!

Chris is just the nicest mechanic I think I’ve ever met! So helpful in coordinating getting my car to his shop so he could fix it. Highly recommend!

Our car just quit and we had it towed to Chris. He spent days trying to diagnose the problem, he checked everything! He then suggested we take it to the dealership as he thought it was the engine and told us all he knew about engine problems with our car. He was so right! Our engine is now being replaced with a warranty that was extended by the car manufacturer because of this problem, a problem we would not have known if not for Chris. We so appreciated his time and honesty! Chris will be the only mechanic we use from now on.

If I could give this shop 10 stars I would. Tuesday my battery died no warning. A nice couple I stop told me to call this shop and ask for Chris. What an awesome kind man. You can't teach that genuine service. He came to my home, gave me a jump, followed me to work, took my car to shop, gave me a temporary battery, and allowed me to pay him Thursday. Which is today. Then ordered me a new battery and installed it. Because my funds we low he didn't charge me extra. Now that's above and beyond service. God bless you Chris and your shop.

I can't say enough good things about Laurel Park Auto. Chris is always willing to help me with any of my car needs. He's very flexible and willing to work with a customer on getting the car seen in a timely manner, diagnosing the problem and repairing the car. Chris is always friendly and always takes the time to explain the work he completed.

I had such a positive experience. My check engine light was flashing, and I called Laurel Park Auto. They looked at my car, and fixed the spark plug and coil pack at a reasonable price. Chris and his crew at Laurel Park Auto have been as reputable a group as your going to find in the industry, and the other reviews here are a testament to their character and reliability. I've been using Chris and Laurel Park Auto for all our automotive services in the last few years, and he stands behind his work. One of our family cars was having an issue, and Chris took a look at it and determined that it was a result of a part that was replaced in the last year....he fixed it and stood behind the work for no charge. This is the first and last stop for all your automotive needs!

I have used Chris and his Laurel Park Auto team several times in the last couple of years. Chris will tell you if something needs to be repaired but will not replace something that doesn't need it. That's the way he works. I live in Laurel Park and he has offered to drive me home when I drop my car off or pick me up when it's done, which saves time and stress of trying to work out those logistics. He has always been willing to work with me on timing of services (even when I was crunched for time on my annual inspection-my fault). I am very happy to have found him, and very thankful for the service he and his team provide!

Laurel Park Auto was amazing and efficient. I had my car overheat and they were able to get me in the next morning, and have me out the door by lunch. They even were able to provide me with a ride. The prices were great compared to the original price I had been quoted. As a single mother they were a life saver! Highly recommend!

Very nice and honest mechanic named Mike helped me out when I had a car issue. He let me drop the car off the day I had the issue and resolved my problem within 24 hours. This was extremely helpful as I don't live in the area and had to leave for another state the next day. The work done was very reasonably priced and the mechanic communicated frequently about what was needed. I highly recommend this shop.

If I have auto issues, Chris at Laurel Park Auto is the first guy that I call. I have used him for 3 years and he’s worked on all of my vehicles now. In most cases he works you into his schedule the same day you call (which is unheard of). The thing that I like most about Chris is that he is as honest as they come. I have never left his shop feeling as if I was oversold on the amount of work that needed to be done to my vehicle. Small town operations with genuine owners like Chris are hard to come by these days. Would highly recommend to everyone at the risk of no longer getting my same day appointment…

Chris is a true gem! We called in the morning asking if we could get our tires balanced since our car was shaking badly on the highway. He told us to come on down and he got it all fixed up by noon! On top of what we asked, Chris went above and beyond by rotating and topping off our tires with air- even the spare! He is very friendly and pleasant to interact with as well. A really jolly, trustworthy guy. We will be coming here for all our car needs from now on, and we will recommend him to all of our local friends. Thank you, Chris!
