As a former tow truck driver, i have to say that i had the absolute best experience ever with this company when I was in need of a tow. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner when I called in. He could sense the urgency and got all the information necessary to go ahead and get someone out to me. The driver was there in 20 minutes time which is extremely fast in my opinion. Securement was his main priority.
My husband recently had a pretty bad car accident and our car ended up with these guys. We weren't even local as we live in VA. Everyone I talked to through the entire process was super kind and accommodating!
Corey and his team treated me like family, my truck broke down with a load of lumber on 85 south bound, they got me off the interstate delivered my load 12 miles up the road, and bought me lunch. First class and very fair price!! Don't hesitate to give them a call!!!
I do not write a Review without Facts. NC TOW & RECOVERY has a reputation they can Stand Proud on. They have towed for a number of associates and every single customer has been more than Happy. Have had several times in need that NC TOWING & RECOVERY came through to help when other, more well known towing businesses wouldn't. I have found them to be professional and caring, less concerned about the bottom line. May sound not important to some, but will continue to call on for all of our towing needs and continue to share with others. Thank you NC Towing & Recovery for what you do and how you treat others.
I do NOT recommend this company. I needed to have my car towed because I had a flat. I could change the tire myself but I was stopped on an area that wouldn't allow for a tire change, and I know better than to drive on a flat. The person who towed my car dropped it in the road in front of my home instead of pulling into the driveway. Then he proceeded to DRIVE my car on a flat tire into my driveway. Once I got out there to change the tire I found damage to my wheel. They of course had a different opinion and description of their behavior. The flat tire, not their fault. But how does a tow truck driver not know he cant drive a car on a flat tire? How does he not drop the car on the driveway? I don't know the answers but the company denied all responsibility and thats fine. Next time I will ask for a different company. I wont do business with anyone who treats their customers with such disrespect. Just to add, I Did NOT file a claim with my insurance company, I paid for the new wheel myself. I did complain to them about the unprofessionalism of this company. Idk how the damage occured but I do know the tow truck driver drove this vehicle on a flat which could have made any existing damage worse. My car may not have been damaged by them but ask yourself if you're willing to put your vehicle in the hands of a company this careless.
We had our car break down on a long drive over a holiday weekend. They were amazingly fast in getting to us and our driver was really professional and helpful. They were also reasonably priced. I highly recommend them! This was the makings of a vacation catastrophe and they kept it from being so. We are really grateful.
It all went well I knew the guy that was driving the truck made me feel more comfortable sending him to my house because I had something else to do thanks again
I loved this company. They were very friendly and very helpful. The price is not bad and they definitely helped me out when I really needed it. I would recommend this company to ther people and I would use it again if I needed to.

This towing service was exceptional and reasonably priced. Cory was very kind and did the job smoothly and effortlessly, after I had slaved for hours to only get my car even further into the mud.

Outstanding! AAA is terrible and was overcharging with an attitude. Luckily, I found these guys. They were so fast and so nice and just awesome. Got my disabled car to a safe space for a great price. Thanks to Aaron for waiting with me in the cold for my ride! Would recommend highly!!
Very reasonable extremely fast and on point service will def use them anytime need in future. There driver AARON was on site before cops. Was extremely courteous respectful and helpful. Def call them when your in need!!!!!!!!
On today we found that someone had flattens our tire so we contacted NC TOWING AND RECOVERY. The sent a young man named Aaron to assist us. His demeanor was awesome. He was kind and what we did not know he took the time to show us. This service could not have been greater I call them to thank them for a job well appreciated.
