I was stranded in the middle of nowhere (AAA couldn’t even help me) and they were there within an hour and SO friendly. I was alone in the dark and freaked out and I have never been so thankful. Would highly recommend!!

Good communication via phone. We were picked up within 1/2 hour having had a flat on the highway. Only concern was the $85 cost for the less than 1 mi run to drop car off. We had cash, if we had to use our credit card it would have been 100 dollars

Answered the phone on the second ring. Explained the cost of the towing and when the operator would meet me. The operator arrived within 5 minutes of when I expected them and was friendly, courteous and respectful. I highly recommend their services!

This company is very prejudiced just because we didn't speak Spanish got rude and snappy and told us to call someone elae

This company is truly professional. I was very impressed with Arnie the owner. They were prompt, courteous, and fixed the car as well. My daughter was stranded. He stepped in and took care of everything like a true professional. This service stands head and shoulders above any service I have ever used

Vehicle broke down and had to abandon the car. They had a great response time and were able to negotiate the pick up from the police and another wrecker service. Reasonable pricing too. Well done guys!

Excellent service and prices

I’m so grateful for Gutierrez Towing! They treated me with so much kindness during what could have been a significantly stressful experience (broken down on the side of Hwy 25 at 8pm with a blown motor) into a not so bad night. A delightful conversation with a wonderful person made the ride fly by and helped me forget my troubles for a little bit. Highly, highly recommend this company!

My husband and I were stranded and out of hope. We called Gutierrez Towing and they answered the phone fast. Before we could even finish getting the details from my roadside assistance program, he was already there with our fuel and saved the day! Hendersonville needed a good wrecker service and it's nice to know we finally have one!

I originally called another local tow service, but they told me that they would text me a link which led me to an online form to provide details about my breakdown location before the company could give me a price quote that I felt was highway robbery. Breaking down on the side of the road is already a stressful and inconvenient situation as is without having to deal with texting and filling out an online form, when I spoke someone on the phone. I came across the number for Gutierrez. He provided very friendly and professional service. The rate for towing was reasonable, and unlike the other local competitor, Gutierrez wasn’t taking advantage of me during a time of desperation. I also liked that he answered my call and gave me the quote over the phone. The wait time was also reasonable as well. I definitely recommend him and would gladly use his service again.
