I want to give a massive shout-out and thank you to Trent and Ethan for getting me out of a tough spot.
My truck broke down and left me stuck on the road, and Trent went completely out of his way to help actually coming out to me twice. There was some major confusion with my fleet manager, but Trent handled it all. Even though he was heading out for vacation, he put in the extra hard work to coordinate a solution and personally brought in Ethan to take over and finish the job.
Ethan was absolutely fantastic. He literally stayed on the truck overnight to make sure the work got done and I could get back on the road ASAP.
That level of dedication and teamwork really means a lot when you're stranded. Thank you, Trent, for looking out for me and setting things up, and thank you, Ethan, for the incredible hustle. I truly appreciate it—and Trent, enjoy your well-deserved vacation!
Called on DP after experiencing brake issues with our RV and were forced to pull off the road. It's along story but thanks to Trent and his help, it has a happy ending. So glad we found him on the internet and gave them a call. They were great!

I would love to leave 10 stars but 5 is all that is allowed. Trent came out to my location and actually arrived ahead of the quoted time of arrival. He didn’t waste any time getting started when he stepped out of the truck. He was about business and getting my truck going for me. Once he was able to get the regen going he called me over and explained everything going on and what needed to be done and he answered all the questions that came to mind. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and was friendly. He made a potential stressful situation seem like it wasn’t as bad as it seemed. He got me back up and running and back on the big road. If you need a mechanic especially one that knows the in’s and out’s of the vehicle computer system, this is the place to call. I have them on speed dial now in case I ever have any more problems when I’m in the Hendersonville / Asheville area. I hope I don’t have any problems but I know who I’ll be calling if I do. If you’re ever in the area and you’re broke down, you definitely need to give these guys a call. I lost all air to my tractor around 7 PM. I called DP towing and they sent out a a service man named Trent. I’m a owner operator and stress to him how hard it is out here and how important it is for me to keep rolling. Let me tell you Trent did an amazing job he fixed my issue had me in and out of there within 45 minutes, didn’t try to rip me off Gave me a fair price which made me happy. I definitely give them five stars and Trent five stars thank you so much for helping us to stay rolling
