This company practices predatory towing. Our car was towed from Food Lion parking lot after being there for a little over 3hrs. It was left there while we went to have dinner. He stated it was towed due to being there overnight which is untrue. After finding out from law enforcement that it was towed because we initially assumed it stolen, we went to retrieve the vehicle. He would not allow us to get our car that night. He was very aggressive and we watched as he closed the gate and drove off before the police could arrive. We had to return the next morning and pay $350 to get the car.
Update: In response to the company’s comment. He approached our car yelling and aggressive with dogs barking for us to back up as soon as we pulled onto the lot, while then shining a flash light in our faces. Response was given to you, so I agree treat other’s how you wish to be treated including not towing their car illegally. It has been verified with Food Lion and the parking lot owner (WHLR Real Estate) that that is not their policy for towing. This company has even tried to tow a Food Lion employee’s car while they were working in the store late. Be honest about your intentions and shady business practices!
Ran out of Gas. Called and came..Competent, convenient and reasonably priced service. What else could you asked for. Hope I dont need their service again but If I do, definitely would use again..Got me back on my way to complete my day..Thanks@
Had broken down and waited on AAA for 4 hours with no end in site before finally calling TW to get outside help. 30 minutes later I had a tow. Extremely professional service that went above and beyond. Would recommend for any towing concerns!
Quick fast dependable very informal and knowledgeable I highly recommend using helped take my car to a good shop that didn’t charge crazy prices when my car broke down
I seen this ad on Facebook the day before my daughter broke down on the side of the highway. I spoke to TJ and he was professional and very nice. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with someone who was so kind and understanding. He had a guy go down and tow my daughter's car from the highway back to my house. The tow truck driver took great care and taking my daughter's car and placing it in the yard. The driver was very sweet as well and told us to be more careful when on the highway. Even though it was after hours he only charged us $62. I couldn't find anyone that would come out for less than $100. If I ever need a tow again, I will definitely be using their services. I hope this helps anyone out there that may need some help, a kind gesture and a kind word. Thanks TJ for all your help.
