New too Harnett County, wanted to spend locally. Never again! Replaced incorrect catalytic converter, vehicle ran worse and broken bolt inside converter . Spoke with them and front desk guy said vehicle sounded great and he could next step go through wiring components to possibly find issue. My new Experienced mechanic fixed proper converter and vehicle is safe now. Will never never recommend or bring any of my company vehicles to this establishment.

I have been going to 421 for quite some time and have been impressed. They are very knowledgeable and don’t try to over sale you things you don’t need. The staff is friendly and genuinely cares about the customers experience.
Last summer we were traveling through NC when we got a flat tire. It was getting late and we were in a town where we knew nothing and no one. I called 421 Complete Auto Care just to see if they were open. Natasha answered and said “if you get here in 10 minutes I’ll keep the gate open for you”.
I was worried they would be annoyed we came in so late but everyone was extremely kind and understanding of our situation. They got the tire plugged in no time and the cost was half the price of anywhere else I’ve gotten work done. Good work too, it’s still in there and the tire is doing just fine.
This is the best mechanic shop experience I have ever had. They were very friendly, they were upfront about cost and the timeline it might take. My car was diagnosed same day and I was able to pick it up first thing the next day. Highly recommend!
I brought my Tundra here to get a center support bearing replacement.
The guys were respectful and tried their best to make things right on my truck. The truck was brought back to the shop 3-4 times, after no real improvement with my initial vibration issue from the center bearing.
I eventually gave up and took the truck to another shop. Within an hour the new shop diagnosed & noticed the center bearing was installed incorrectly. They flipped it around and all my vibration issues have been solved including a serious shaking issue when towing.
I had a great experience here - Parker found everything I knew to be wrong with my car and was very transparent regarding time to fix, price, labor costs, etc. He explained everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. Prices were very reasonable and I had my car back quickly. I will be bringing my vehicles here from here on out.
Amazing group of very talented mechanics. This is the only place around I’ll take my vehicles too. Very knowledgeable on gas engines and even my old diesel truck. They are very fair and by far the best shop I’ve seen in a long time.
They always take great care of my car and save me money. Ive had a dealership tell me I need all this crazy stuff changed and they fixed it for a fraction of the price in 1 business day. Good guys and they look out for loyal customers. Now they do all my oil changes, tire rotations, and regular maintenance. Put 50000miles on my Jeep and it just might run better now than it did when I got it last year.
Took the car to get alternator checked due to bad repairman before. They said it wasn’t the alternator it was the battery so we purchased a New battery from them for $300 they put it in we drove off the car shut down again. Took it back the next day for them to re look at it they told me that the alternator was put in wrong and that it was burning up wires, so we said okay!!! They gave me a price for repair no hesitation we paid it. Mind you the day before we ask them to check the alternator because we knew something wasn’t right, everything was work fine in my car but it would not stay on! My car didn’t have any problems other than the alternator.
We spent over 1300 at this shop and now my fans are broke and my tire pressure sensor been on ever since and also key is not working. I told the person who referred me to them I was not taken my car back to them and they would not get anymore money from us. Now I have to come out of pocket for stuff that was fine. I do not recommend this business.

The owners were great! The work was done professionally and accurately. The guys were courteous and explained everything in detail! The woman behind the counter, not so much!!! It’s 12:30 on a Friday afternoon on our way to the beach for our Anniversary. We are passing through Lillington NC, when my car started making the most God awful noise. Sounded like metal on metal coming from my front tire. We knew we couldn’t make it back home and we certainly couldn’t have made it to the beach. We start googling auto shops and this one was the closest to us. We call them, praying they would be able to at least look at it and tell us what was going on. We called them, told them the noise my car was making and they told us to bring it on over and they would look at it for us. Once we got there Josh told us he would finish up with the people in the waiting room and then get started on ours. Three hours later…We were on the road to the beach. Car fixed and good as new! Excellent customer service from Josh, Natasha, and all of the guys there. Thank you SO much for saving our weekend! I feel like had we gone anywhere else, we wouldn’t have gotten our car fixed. See these good folks down at 421. You will not be disappointed!!!!!
I recommend this location to anyone looking for an honest reliable mechanic. One that will be fair. Gives you a fair price. One that would not try to over-price their services.
For example I was looking at a set of tires on my car. The owner quoted me for 50,000 mile warranty plus additional warranty. The quote that he gave me was around $300 less than other locations. He recommended tires that were good quality. Where I was not just paying for a name.
Everyone at this location is very friendly. Extremely helpful. It was pleasant going to this location as a female. I just can't say enough good things about this location the owner is a wonderful person! I do recommend for anyone looking for services done to their vehicle to definitely try this location.
I take notice of little things when I go into a business for the first time & cleanliness along with customer relations is important.
Before I walked in, I noticed how clean the bays were. How clean the outside was. How clean the office/front area was.
After explaining my issue with the car, service was rendered quickly than stated & properly along with advice on a certain that may occur in the future along with answers for questions I had about issues that I would like done later.

I stopped at Complete Auto Care to ask if he could help with a muffler issue. Parker came to take a look he was not able to fix it but noticed my wiring was hanging in the path of heat causing them to start melting! He was kind enough to tie them up out of the way and referred me to another place to help. Thank you Parker for being so kind and helpful! I definitely will come back!

These people do not deserve one star. I believe they wanted me to be injured. I see now why they gave me the road side assistance pamphlet. I clearly stated that my car was having acceleration issues especially when the AC is on. They said oh it's your breaks, rotors, and bearings. So, they were paid $1,000 cash. Since I paid in cash they so called discounted $100. Now, I'm trying to figure out why my vehicle has a burning smell from the breaks/tires. The breaks sound horrible. Even pedestrians look around like what is wrong. My check engine light was never an issue. Now, that is on as bright as day. These people just want to hustle you out of your money with a smile. Black American women stay far away from this place. They will have you sitting on the side of the highway in the middle of the night. They are pure garbage. You have been warned. If I can upload my receipt I will. They tried charging me for 2 tires. I told them I didn't want them.I had just had the tires rotated up the street. These people tried to say I had a nail in the tire. So, I guess that is how they repay me. I hope they burn in hell for what they do to people's vehicles and hard earned money. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP! All they will do is sit back, read this review and laugh. They can now see the trash work they got paid for. High prices and no results. They polish things to make them look new to the unknowing eye. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They need to be shut down. These positive reviews are from their friends and family members. Again, Black American women do not trust these people with your vehicles. I am speaking from experience.
Very cool guys!! They were able to get two of my vehicles in and out quickly. I had a issue with my 2019 Chevy. They diagnosed it and found the part and told me they would do everything they could to help keep the cost down. They did great work putting it back together and getting back to me. Quality Customer Service is hard to find but I have found it with this business. I highly recommend this business to anyone!! Thank you guys !!

Thankful to have found a garage like 421 as they are always providing a great experience and the best customer service.
