My cars engine light was on .. they were prompt to get the codes read,I think his name was Zack at the lillington store.. he knew the parts I needed and quickly got me on my way.❤️
Went in to get a jug of oil and an oil filter and Matt was at the counter. He does not have a great personality to be dealing with customers. I was trying to ask him questions about different parts for my car and the brands they had for them. He gave attitude. Instead of being able to get everything I needed. I got my oil and left.
My friend needed oil.
So while in town we googled the closest auto store. O'R A P. was the store. I commend the staff, VERY HELPFUL, added the oil for friend. Therefore

Needed new wiper blade Eddie was very helpful. Went back and got back blade put on again just good and helpful employees. Better than there competitors.
Austin was very nice and very helpful another location told me the lillington location had a part (they did not) not the lillington locations fault it was the other locations fault (not a big deal) Austin then stayed on the phone with the McGees location for 10 ish minutes on hold he could tell I was kinda getting inpatient so he wrote my phone number down and gave me a call back once they responded that they had the part. He was also VERY nice and respectful I appreciate Austin very much GIVE MA BOY A RAISE
I needed to get a bulb replacement for one that had burned out on my KIA. They were unbelievably helpful, pulled one out to make sure we got the right one and then helped me by changing all 4 for me. They couldn't have been any nicer.
When I compared the price to Amazon, they were $1 less. What an absolute bargain. They won my business for sure.
Place has all basic products for cat maintenance. If a part is needed still you can flask if they have it in their system they will give you the value.

My daughter was on her way back to college and had her first solo "low tire pressure" message. Ashton at O'Reilly Auto Parts immediately put her at ease and checked her tires and put air in them and sent her on her way. It may not have seemed like a big deal but it was to my daughter. Kindness is always greatly appreciated!

Friendly helpful people who help you get the parts you need at an affordable price. Great service and they will loan you any tool you might need with their loan a tool program.
If you are going to offer a military discount then let your employees apply it. Just spent over 15 minutes waiting at the counter because they couldn't find the manager inside or outside the building.

Dont ever ask them to test your battery. I went there a while back, just for that, and the girl dropped the battery tester on the front of my car and put a couple huge chips in my grill. I was in a rush, so I just let it go. Big mistake on my behalf.
The manager greeted me and helped me choose the fuel injector fluid I needed. No pressure to buy the most expensive brand-- that is so rare. The cashier was pleasant and courteous.
I like this store compared from most stores i been in very friendly people perfect customers service especially these two girls that helped the 2 days i went in there i dont no they names but them they need a raise
I remember a time when you had to know about cars to work at a car parts store. Ive come here on 2 occasions with 2 different issues, and both times i was given the wrong part and had to return, and the 2nd time since they were closed i had to drive an hour to get the correct part. Not returning to this store.

We needed a new car battery this morning. 37 degrees, wet, windy. The worst weather ever to have a battery die.
We went to O'Reilly's to pick up a battery and asked if they can install it for us. Everyone was so polite and sweet. Couldn't have made a decision to go there.
They were supposed to order a new size for me since they did not have what I needed in store. They needed to order multiple items and they did not only because there was a possibility that I would have to return one of the items. Completely rude and lazy, never doing business here again.
Went in for a Battery this evening and was helped by Kodi. Great service and quickly done. We were in and out of the store with the Battery installed in less then 15 minutes.
I recently experienced a dead battery in my car. I absolutely had to be at work that day to cover for another employee. I called my usual circle of friends, but no help available. I called Nicole at the Lillington store and explained my situation. The delivery driver took his lunch out of the microwave and brought the battery to my driveway. The battery was too big. He returned to the store, swapped the battery, and returned with new one. Nicole and the driver went above and beyond normal duties to resolve my problem. I wasn't expecting such dedication and service. I am a loyal customer of five years, and will be well into the future. Thank you Nicole. Thank you Mr. Driver!
This store has an awesome staff, very respectful, kind, and honest. They always show me the honesty in the choices I make base on parts and brands, always help me try to save some money. All round it’s a great store and team that is at this location I have been coming to this store for 15 years now n will continue to keep coming.. Great job guys keep up the awesome work!!!!!
Best part store I have dealt with. The store manager is always willing to help and even recommened a good shop to get my car fixed when i was in a bind. Ill be a long time customer!
