New ownership(local) has selected a solid team. Vehicle Intake was such a breeze but also very detailed and accurate. They took very detailed notes of the issues I noticed and work I wanted done. The tech called me with updates, inquiries, and even texted me pictures. He made his recommendations and I never felt pressured to approve any work I didn't want. During pick up the tech took time to show me the parts he replaced and installed on the car. I definitely left with confidence that my car was good to go.

Never have a problem going to Rodney for an oil change, tire rotation, or anything else. It's reasonably priced and everything is completed in a timely manner and the waiting area is the best place to chill!
Only place I trust with my vehicles. Hunter and Rodney are very knowledgeable, and don't try to upsell you. They are great at getting you in as soon as possible also. Rhonda and Whitney are great with answering all my questions and very patient and understanding.
I bought shocks fir a Durango few years back that failed a day later...all 4.. so I decided to call to see if something simple could be fixed on a lug.. just clean the threads that are ugly at the beginning.. no I get the replace lug speech... I've never seen so many people turn away fast money... Walmart turned down 500 for tires twice in one week over the same lug.. so a $20 repair has cost people who I'm sure need the money over $1000... amazing
I called this place a few weeks ago regarding a state inspection. I was told their machine was down and they took my number down to give me a call back when it began functioning again. I never received a call back. I called back a week and a half later and scheduled my state inspection for today at 1pm. After driving out of my way to this business there was a sign on the front door saying that the business is closed today. The disregard for my time and finding out that this facility was closed after driving all of the way out there was extremely unprofessional. You should have the common courtesy to let your customers with SCHEDULED appointments know ahead of time. I ended up calling M&B auto in Cameron who got me in and out in 10 minutes. I will not use this business ever again or recommend them to anyone given their extreme lack of professionalism and disregard for their customer's time.
Engine light was on, needed a timing chain. Timing chain replaced. The engine light came back on before I got home, same codes same problem. The owner said he didn't know what else to do, still had to pay. No refund. Now I have to take the vehicle somewhere else and start all over again. $1,600 down the drain.
I have used this garage 3 times for suspension components and brakes. Every time they are quick in their service, friendly and easy to talk to and the work they do is correct (I check it myself). Take your vehicles here! They won't let you down!
These guys are excellent professional mechanics. They're really dependable and guarantee their work. And also, they're not all about money. You can trust them.
I can really appreciate good people that do good work. They even helped me figure out what I needed to do on one of my vehicles to pass an inspection that I started somewhere else, and didn't even charge me. I bet I go there from now on. Thanks again!
He is a great guy,and the whole "team" are sweethearts, they do whatever they can for you,and go way outta the way to fix the problem. Usually im at work, so he will come pick up my car from work, fix it,and brings it back before my shift is over,like i said goes outta the way.
