Mr Yow is a good Christian man. He helps whoever he can. He also has strong morals & will call you out on an untruth in a splits second. Don't try to play him. He is very wise & not easily misled.
My wife’s Tahoe was towed here after a wreck and her Lui Vuitton purse went missing that was in the center console. They denied it but no one else but the highway patrol had been in the vehicle before I got to it. I had bought her this for her 40th birthday. Would not trust!!
I'm grateful that they're fixing my car, so I can drive another day but the communication between employees is horrible. Everytime I called they told me how they didn't know what the mechanic was doing to my car. IT took a few days to know what step they were taking on my vehicle. I still don't have my car and they stop answering my calls for my car.
The most underhanded, dishonest service I've ever seen!! Came to tow my wrecked car, told them to take it to the shop less than a mile from the seen (Anderson Creek), they towed it to THEIR lot and then refused to take it where they were supposed to. Staff was rude and dishonest when they were asked to explain why it wasn't towed where they were told to take it.
