Always been very helpful to me and my whole family. Whether it’s breakdowns, or accidents! Never have they been too busy to help! Always quick, they do all the insurance billing and will get and hold your stuff including tags off totaled vehicles if necessary. We definitely will always use them
So I’ve literally used these guys for my business and personal towing needs for the past 15 years and I’ve probably had them tow vehicles over 25 times. Buddy and his dad have always been extremely prompt and reasonably priced and they have always taken great care of us and there’s never been a tough tow job that they couldn’t do! Ran a stop sign in front of me (I didn’t have one at the intersection, he did I could clearly see it) and cut me off. Could see that he was looking down at his phone the whole time not even paying attention. Gonna get someone killed!

Fast, quick arrival and service when AAA roadside assistance failed terribly! Daughter was in an accident at night requiring her car to be towed so she called AAA.
They gave her an approximate 2 hr wait for towing. After that time came and went, I called AAA for an update to be told they were still trying to locate a tow service and could not provide any update on arrival time. Much to my anger, I canceled the order and found Kernersville Towing who immediately answered my call and was out to my daughter (or actually husband who took her place after the first hour of waiting) within 20 minutes! Thank you so much for your prompt service during the night! We will be saving your info for any future towing needs should they arise. And I’m immediately canceling AAA service.
