All Over Towing helped me recently after my daughter & I got a flat tire. I'd typically install a spare donut but my tires have the lug nut lock and I couldn't locate the key. Regardless, I called dispatch and provided my location, was told a driver would be there within an hour. Duke called me not long after to tell me he was en route. Duke was friendly and professional. He even let my daughter press the lever and assist in pulling my car onto the tow truck, which brought a half smile to her tween face! Nobody wants to need a tow, but if you find yourself in that situation, I very much recommend All Around Towing.
They helped me when I'd been quoted over $100 more than th we y did. The dispatcher and driver were polite, professional, and reassuring that they would get this done and in a teasonable time. They turned a worrisome night into a good experience. I highly recommend them.
Aaron was very prompt, professional and courteous. He came WAY out of his way to collect us, early in the morning. We cannot say how much we appreciate him and the comfortable, safe ride to get our car repaired. Highly recommend him!!

Had my car die at the corner of Kville Rd and Linville on a Friday afternoon. Called an they had a truck out there in 90 minutes on the dot - just like the lady said. Went for my run still, came back, and 10 minutes later car was being picked up. The driver was great, super careful, and patient. Car was picked up with care and dropped off at dealership with care. Very pleased. Price was decent too. Will use again and give 5 stars.
What an easy company to do business with! Micaela in dispatch taking the call and getting a driver set up was super fast and easy. The driver (Duke) showed up 15 minutes after my call and was incredibly professional and personable. I would HIGHLY recommend based off of today's experience

I wanted to thank all over Towing or responding as quick as they did. It's hard to get stranded on the side of the road and somebody's driveway you don't even know who they are but the battery was dead everything shut down. Definitely five star rating for their service attention to the situation.

My truck broke down on I40 and
All Over Towing showed up around the time told to me. The tow truck operator was Ben. He was friendly, knowledgeable and had my truck ready to tow in a short amount of time considering it was cold (about 40 degrees) and pooring rain. Ben disconnected the drive shaft in the mud, didn't break any bolts and was not cursing and carrying on like I had expected. He came out from under the truck soke & wet but still pleasant to talk to.
The inside of Ben's truck was immaculate! You eat off the floor! No dust or dirt at all and it even smelled nice.
A pleasant change from a previous tow where the operator complained constantly about the difficulty he had disconnecting the drive shaft on a warm sunny day.
I was not have a good day but Ben made it a little better with his easy going attitude. He's a great ambassador for the company.
I was really in a pickle & they made me a sandwich! Lol jk On a real note he did a great job getting my car out of the snow & mud! & made sure to be very careful with my car I really appreciate that! & the staff at the storage station worked with me & were very nice! Thank you guys again & I highly recommend using their towing services!
Driver arrived on time and called ahead, which I appreciated. The car was an inoperable EV in my driveway, and while it ultimately got loaded, there was some confusion about the front frunk jumper leads and initial hesitation about whether the tow would be possible. Once we got past that the vehicle was loaded successfully. Overall acceptable service.
Very impressed with the quick response despite the road conditions. Both gentlemen were kind & courteous. They are a saved contact in my phone now. I would highly recommend them. Id give 10 stars if I could. Thanks again!!!

I was in Greensboro for a work conference just after an ice storm. All Over Towing was the 3rd towing company that was FINALLY able to assist me with getting my car to a safe location. They were kind, understanding, polite, friendly- I wish I could come up with more adjectives. Aaron Holcomb was my end “tow & delivery driver” and his communication was ON POINT. I will be forever grateful for their assistance in a situation that had me feeling overwhelmed and beyond stressed. Y’all are amazing people!
They’re great, I always book there to drop my trailer whenever I’m on home time and there’s never any issue but if it is Alex the customer service rep is there to solve it swiftly! And there tow guys know exactly what their doing as well. 10/10 recommend

The driver went above and beyond. I had a tire blow out on me and the driver who changed my tire made sure that I made it to the gas station to put more air in the donut tire that was put on. Thank you for the service provided to me. I would recommend All Over Towing to anyone.
Very good experience from the first call to the tow. The person I spoke to about getting a tow was so kind, during a stressful time. The tow truck driver arrived on time and was very nice, knowledgable and quick. The price was quite reasonable too. I will def. keep them in mind, in case I ever need a tow again. I highly recommend them.
To have a wrecker show up on a Sunday morning in a little less than an hour to drag a mini bus is beyond 5 stars worth. Personable driver for pickup, service with a smile kinda thing. 100% would use again in the future. Price was spot on as well for expectations. Keep up the good work yall!
A professional experience from dispatch to completion. They arrived quickly to change a tire for our daughter after she couldn't find her jack. Price was reasonable and service was great! They had her back on the road within 40 minutes of the original phone call. We wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
Excellent service. I was in a real bind and they answered my call right away. I was quoted an hour to arrive and the tiw truck was there in under 30 minutes to get me to the repair shop. The process couldn't have been faster or easier. I will definitely call All Over Towing again in the future.

Had vehicle transported to my BMW service center - Greensboro to Winston-Salem. The service center recommended All Over Towing.
Driver and assistant/trainee were great. Friendly, helpful, and patient. Greatly enjoyed my conversations with them while driving to Winston. (It turns out it really is a small world as we discovered overseas connections and similar experiences.)
I appreciated that both had prior military service - it says a lot about a company that employs veterans.
Most importantly, care was taken as my car was loaded, transported, and dropped off at the service center.
I hoping to not use them again but, if needed, my first phone call will be to All Over Towing.
My dads truck broke down at night about an hour from home. I called a few towing companies in the area, but most said they couldn’t help because it was a weekend night and told me to call back in the morning. Thankfully, one of them recommended All Over Towing.

Ben and Jorge are experts. They know and practice safety in a very dangerous profession and take care of you and your vehicles like they are gold. They were out at 3:20 AM, up at the top of a dangerous mountain, and working during a tornado watch to get me and the truck and trailer safely to a shop. They were both my heros. Seriously, thank you so much for getting me off the side of Hwy 40! What a terrible feeling to have a flat tire during rush hour. From the moment I called All Over Towing to the moment my car was back in town at the tire shop was 50 mins flat. I couldn’t ask for anything better.
