I recently 10/24/2025 sent my Lincoln in to have my car looked at. They charged me $100 for a part I did not need. My car was still shaking after and told my mom "I think it's fixed". What!!! You "think?!". They didn't drive the car at all to see what problem was they just "THINK" they fixed your vehicle and charge you for something you do not need. Attitudes and bad customers is all you get at this place. It's 8am it's no way they should be mad that early in the morning. It's customer care so I thought! I wouldn't bring my car here if I were you. And afterwards they told me take it to the dealership. It was a disappointment. You think you can trust them and you can't! I don't know if it's just a "treat the black customers" this way or not. But it definitely felt that way. Don't take do business here. You'll regret it.
With all the places in Oxford to go, DON’T GO HERE! Yes it’s right in the city, but they mess up way too much to continue with my business. They do a Mickey Mouse job (look it up). Scratched rims, over inflated tires, forgetting to put the valve stems back on. They can’t even do simple tasks such as call when your tires are in or preform an effortless inspection without making clerical errors and putting more than double the mileage on the paper work. Putting over 100,000 miles down when you only have 50,000 is crazy. Call me fussy but I don’t want to be accused of setting back the odometer at my next inspection or have my vehicle devalued. On top of that, the worker in the back “Eddie” laughed in my face when I told him there was a mistake. Just terrible behavior. I don’t care if you make a simple mistake, fix it. That was my last straw with this place. Go to American Latin Tires or Blacks Tire & Auto Service.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Michelin. My vehicle was in their shop for an unreasonably long time, and despite the extended wait, the issue I brought it in for was never actually fixed. To make matters worse, their lack of communication throughout the process left me completely in the dark. I expected professional service but was met with delays and unsatisfactory results. I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for reliable and efficient repairs.
We parked there after limping a trailer with a blown tire off the highway at 4 am. They opened at 8, we were back on the road by 8:30! Much appreciated quick help!
Shearin Tire has done better for me than anyone else, taking care of my oil and tires, over the past 25 years. Their staff is friendly and attentive, and the mechanics are speedy and knowledgeable. There is nothing quite like the feeling of leaving Shearin with a new set of tires and an alignment! Smooth
These guys are good! I took my truck in for an alignment this morning and before I could eat breakfast and get back it was ready to roll. My steering wheel was a bit off center and they took care of that as well. ?

The tires I bought were fine, but the extra $20 I was charged for me not using their preferred credit card did not sit well with me. They did have the note posted but because when I ordered my tires on Monday I did not walk far enough to see and the lady did not tell me in advance., Otherwise I would have went back to the dealer for the same tires at a cheaper price and my senior or my military discount. Oh yeah I was upset enough that I forgot to ask for if they gave military discounts and the answer is yes, but they had already ran my card and it was too late.....
I don't take anything away from the installers, they were great, but it was the office. First time there what an experience.
I had two vehicles that needed state inspections. I did not have an appointment, I just showed up. Within an hour of arriving they were done with my truck. I drove home grabbed the other vehicle and drove back. Again within one hour of arriving they were done with my car. They are very nice people and I was thrilled to get both done while I waited in the front lobby. .
Had 4 tires replaced after a blowout on I95. Asked them to replace old spare with one of the tires taken off so instead they throw tire in bed of truck on top of old spare that's still on rim. Now I have to go somewhere else to have that done. Over $1000.00 spent and not even a thank you. Not impressed and don't recommend.
Pulled up right before closing thinking I had a nail in my tire and the customer service was GREAT! As a visitor, I felt welcomed and accommodated for!
The first time I went to them was for a tire rotation, when I got there they told me that they were "busy" the majority of that day preferably that morning when I was there, which would have been ok BUT there was not ONE single car in any bays currently being worked on and every worker i saw was just walking around.
The second time I went I went very early and had time to spare. Was told that it would be about 1.5 until someone could work on it and I was ok with that. Now it takes maybe 10 min to rotate tires, I had a nail in one so another 5 min to plug, maybe 20 min total to rotate and fix the hole. That whole process took over 1 hr AND two days later that same tire is still going flat.
I honestly have no idea how the average rating here is 4.4 stars because I've had two occurrences with them that left me banging my head on my steering wheel.
We had a flat tire on the interstate midway home from vacation. Thankfully we weren’t far from an exit ramp and found Shearin’s Tire. They got us right in, patched the tire, and had us back on our way in under an hour. We were very greatful to have been nearby such a friendly and competent service station.
I love this place! Anytime something was wrong with my vehicle or it just needed regular maintenance, I took it there. I no longer have that particular vehicle, but I will be taking my current vehicle there as well.
They stay busy, so make an appointment or get there early!
I have trusted Shearin Tire with my car/trick needs for many years. They are beyond EXCELLENT in Comester Service !!! Ya walk in,,, you're part of the "family !!!" The people are "family," the prices are fair and the service is great ! YES, I recommend my friend's and family there all the time !!! ?❤?❤
It's definitely an old school business with old school practices. They seem to definitely care about the individual and want to make sure they make it home okay. You just don't see that with the mainstream businesses nowadays. That's what I grew up with and I definitely appreciate it. Keep it up guys.
They are a terrible company. Had an issue with my tractor tire was trying to get mahindara to take care of it. They called and said they were going to take us to court over a 200 tire service and that we were absurd for thinking that magi data was going to pay for it. Do not use this company. The worst service ever and that man that works in finance is disrespectful and arrogant. Not worth my time. Never doing business there again.
Absolutely great service! You always get what you need without a lot of hassle. They will even come and pick up your vehicle for you so you don't have to miss work. Payment options available. Friendly faces and I just love Mr. And Mrs. Shearin!! They are so sweet.
Brought car for inspection/oil change and they were super busy. They still got me in and out in under an hour!! Very nice and comfortable waiting area too.

Was driving home to family for July 4th and something came loose on my car and I had to pull over. I found this place 15 minutes to close and they still helped me. They loaded my car up and actually showed me the problem(loose oil pan) and fixed everything for about 10$ :)

Worst service center ever. They CANNOT get an alignment straight in any vehicle I have bought them. They overinflated the tires to compensate in one; 42 psi on a 32 psi vehicle is extremely unsafe. Do not go here, the good techs are gone. They may be nice on the inside but their mechanics are the worst in the business.
They are really fantastic and super honest about everything. I go here for all my general car repair. AC repair, general engine problems, brakes, tires, etc. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone else around as honest or fair about repairs and maintenance. They are very busy though and you may have to wait a while for your car to be seen. None the less they are worth waiting.
A little busy sometimes but very good. Graham and Steve, Eddie Wayne and the rest of the team work their hardest to keep the shop moving. They do a lot of inspections and tire work. They can get most brands of tires in next day. And if they don't feel comfortable doing the repair you need they will refer you to someone that can. They know just about everyone. Just be prepared to be patient during peak times and work out to drop off and pick up later if you can. Good honest people. Good honest work. I like doing business with them because they are consistant.
