This towing business is one of the best family oriented businesses I’ve seen yet. They have fair prices. & they will definitely go out of their way to make your bad situation easier. Also, not related to towing but my sister in law lives right across the street from them, she is older and lives without a husband or man in the house. They will go over and check on her a lot. If she has any issues or just scared about anything, they are right there. She brags about how god sent they are. Use their business for your towing needs, you won’t be disappointed. They are and will always be mine and my families go to.
He was courteous and professional and allowed time to pay outstanding balance since I am a disabled veteran.

Called them several times and left messages as well as sending a text. I needed a storage building moved that was no rush. I just needed a quote and wanted to get on their schedule but I received no call back. If you are not interested just tell me, don't ignore me.

Oliver’s Towing was quick to get to my car in which I was involved in a crash. Very professional and the dispatcher/assistant was very nice and told me exactly what I needed to do. A letter I received from NCDMV, she received also, and she was kind enough to call me and tell me they received the same letter and to disregard-it involved storage of the car.
We have used Oliver's on multiple occasions and they are always so accommodating, always a huge help when needed ,ost. Thank you for so many years of wonderful service you have provided my family.
These are my go to guy's any day of the week I'm experiencing a problem. (Local or long distance)The communication is great and on time delivery is awesome. I would recommend Oliver's towing for any situation you're stuck in.
I cannot praise these folks enough. I got rear-ended on I-85 near Oxford on Friday of the July 4 holiday weekend. The state police called Oliver's and they came immediately to tow my (totaled) car. They then called around until found me a rental car (no small thing on a holiday weekend). The closest car was in Winston-Salem, and they found a taxi to take me there. I am so grateful not only for their help (which was above and beyond) but also their kindness and courtesy. Great business
Oliver's towing helped us out greatly when other towing services locally wouldn't get back with us. I was expecting the price to be much higher based on other reviews here. From my experience they are very reasonably priced. With gas prices currently I'm surprised they didn't charge more.
Very polite to speak to... and while I prefer to use local businesses when possible the projected cost to tow my pickup the 17 road miles to the shop for repair was going to be over $23 per mile made it not reasonable..
I see your reply.. in fact the price I was quoted by your office was $400 .. which equates to more than $23 per mile. I certainly understand how the cost of doing business has increased over the past few months and was expecting the tow to be a bit higher than it might have been previously. Needless to say I experienced a bit of sticker shock when the young lady in your office relayed that price after consulting with John.
My granddaughter broke down on I-85. It would be about a 35 mile tow home. We called one company that gave us an insanely high rate. Another said they would call me back when they could find a driver. We then called Olivers and they were much more affordable. The towtruck and driver arrived quickly and was polite and professional. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
A few months ago I came home to find a strange car parked in my driveway. After having the police come and inspect the car and my house to ensure no one had broken in, they suggested I call Oliver's to have it towed. They assured me that it was within my rights to have it removed from my property.
I did so, and was informed by the lady on the phone before I'd even gotten the story out that "we don't get involved in domestic disputes" I went on to explain the situation to her and she did listen to the end of what I had to say.... and then hung up on me.
