Had a good sales experience with Amy and quick process, however, four days after purchasing a 2016 E350 I took the car to my local mechanic of whom has serviced my vehicles for almost 10 years. He showed me on the lift the engine mount was broken and measured the movement to be approximately 1". Being proactive to avoid any potential additional damage, I paid the bill to fix it then. After contacting Oxford and telling them of this, they informed me there was nothing they could do and "its a shops job to sell services". Without visually seeing it themselves, they washed their hands of it. While I understand to some degree their perspective on not seeing it themselves, it was my problem because I fixed it. I have all proper documentation and it was taken to a reputable mechanic, but if their people were going to miss something this obvious what credibility do they have to evaluate a second time. Disappointed with the way this was handled as it could have been a better experience. Edited to respond to owner: While I don't doubt the resources available for inspections, the fact still remains that if these were taken as seriously as stated, how was something so major missed and why would I trust that team to be truthful and diagnose correctly.

The best experience, my husband I ever had. We looked online and found a 2018 GMC SUV and fell in love. We got approved online a few moments later we received a telephone call from Miss Amy a very sweet young lady. In less than a hour we tested drove and signed paperwork and was leaving in a clean and washed SUV with a full tank of gas! My husband and I already said we will never go anywhere else! Amy was terrific to work with, she was willing to work out all of the details via phone, email and text ahead of time so that when we arrived at the dealership the vehicle we wanted was clean and ready for test drive parked in the front of the dealership. She went above and beyond and even played with our kids and kept them busy while we were negotiating on terms and purchasing price. Amy and Kc the finance manager were incredibly helpful and patient through out the entire purchasing process. We are beyond happy with our purchase. On the side note: this dealership also has a very nice Lounge area that has kids toys to keep them busy .

Jay and KC were great to deal with. Nice and friendly. No pressure…great warranty offered to cover my new Explorer ST.. nice and clean facility also.—— fast forward 35 days the explorer has been in the shop twice already lift gate stopped working rear shocks needed to be replaced, center console was broken which I brought up the day I brought it home and never heard back, there was a leaking seal ( only thing the warranty would cover) they told me it would be a bumper to bumper 100,000 mile extended warranty just like the dealership and it DOES NOT cover more than it covers! there was metal in the differential fluid and my tires wouldn’t even pass inspection. Oh and the easy fuel gas piece fell off completely. I sold them my 2013 Ford FX4 f150 that had 190,000 miles on it new tires and they told me the best they could do was 6k …I should’ve checked blue book on my own but I stupidly trusted they were doing right by me being a single mom of 3 kids. The front right rim was damaged and they said just cosmetic, but it actually messed up the alignment and the rim needs to be replaced because the tire will not hold air. I guess I had sucker written across my face…. And I was way too trusting! I would not recommend.. I can’t even get a return phone call! And my truck went to Florida so that’s not even an option to buy back!

I continued to bother him after our initial call for roughly 6 weeks.
