I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the wonderful staff! I was in a panic when traveling alone and the check engine light came on. The manager checked my truck, gave me information on the code and checked my oil for me. He recommended that I visit the dealer down the street, who recommended me to another dealer. My truck was fixed and I was back on the road within several hours. Thanks, Antonio and staff, for your timely and thorough support during an uncertain time! You are the best!
Excellent part store. Gabriel took the time to help me set up the Advance app. I did not even realize that I had coupons which ended up saving most of my purchase. Wonderful experience - will be back.
I had a flat tire and needed a few tools to be able to get the bad tire off and change the spare. I stopped at a different auto parts store first and was never greeted by the staff. I tried to get the attention of the store associates and my presence was never acknowledged. Well I didn't stay there long after that. I came right across to this Advance Auto Parts and was immediately greeted upon entry of the store and asked how they could help me. The two team members working at that time both helped me find exactly the tools I needed, and they seemed so happy to assist me. This type of customer service will bring me back to this store time and time again in the future. I'm so grateful to them.

My truck broke down in Oxford during a six hour road trip, and I was able to get it stopped in the parking lot of this store. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer or more accommodating. After I called for a tow and went directly to the dealership, they held onto my keys and watched over my truck until the tow arrived. It was greatly appreciated in my time of need. Thanks again!
Came to get my battery replaced. Ms. N gave great customer service and Mr. M changed my battery seamlessly in the rain with a great attitude. Great workers at this store setting the bar.
Store manager is a complete idiot !!!! Told me my part didnt have a warranty once its been replaced once by warrenty..... online it says has a 90 day warrenty or if product has original warrant which ever is longer is valid
Had a check engine light come on out of nowhere and went here and they diagnosed it for free. Ended up just being a loose gas cap. They even gave me a print out of the error code information. Very friendly and helpful customer service.
If I could have not hit a star to review this store I would! I went to buy a battery for my 1998 z71 I bought it went to hook it up and nothing not a single turn over! Took the battery back out and took the Duralast battery out of my s10 hooked it up and fired right up! Took the battery I bought back to advance auto in Oxford N.C. and said I would have to wait for the store manager to come in on Monday morning when I’m at work to get my money back! I called several other stores and they all said the exact same thing that they were bullshittin me and lying to me I should have gotten my money back with no problem. Drove to Butner and the store manager was so flabbergasted and told them how they treated me and at the end the Butner advance auto gave me my money back and I will continue to shop at the Butner N.C. store but as far as for the Oxford store I will never go back there again and Lucy was her name and so was the other named Kevin and this was on Sunday October 21, 2018 around 4pm - 6pm.
So the store in Oxford NC does not have same price as what the price for items online even though it says it's the price in store. WRONG!!! The one employee was nice but the other was ease dropping on my conversation and was rude and made a comment that we over heard and said maybe we should go to Wal-Mart. Needed the product they had cause no other store in area had it at that time but I will order from online from some other source from now on before I have to buy anything else there we they don't up hold the price online and hire rude workers.
I bought a new battery for my lawnmower at this store. Although the Advance Auto Parts store has been here a few years, this was my first visit. I receive a weekly email regarding specials and discounts, so I wanted to take advantage of a 20 percent off coupon. The employee who helped me was friendly and helpful.
Not the best experience. I don't feel the person I spoke with was knowledgeable, or that he even wanted to help. I'll be going to the autozone around the corner from now on
