I unexpectedly had to have a whole new engine in my 2019 Ford Escape and he was very helpful during the process, he took his time and cares about his work! My car wouldn't start while I was in a doctor's office. I walked across street to Valdese Automative Care who walked back over with me and jumped the battery and checked alternator. Needed a new battery which they replaced within 20 minutes. I was on my way quickly. They made my day brighter and were so friendly!
