Everytime I go get a part for my car they have it and if they don't have they will order it and have ready for you about the time they tell you they will have it

Very helpfull in choosing a new battery. Just showed the options and explained each one patiently and let me decide.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and the prices are competitive. The store itself is clean and well maintained, and there is plenty of inventory on hand for whatever you need.

Always friendly parts are almost always in stock if they have it at another store they will ship it to one you are at very Convienent

Dropped by my local O'Reilly to buy 2 headlight bulb to take home to install. As i was paying one of the staff said I'll get these. He walked out and had them installed in minutes. I could have done it (really, I could have!) But that was really nice of him to do it. Small Neighborhood Businesses Support them when you can.

I love oreillys with my job I go there often.

The guys in Drexel took time to find some things I needed and we're great to work with

This location is so convenient for me however, today was my last visit to this store. Jimmy, who I understand to be the manager there has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. He has never once when I've been in there been friendly, very short with every customer that I've heard him deal with including myself and just doesn't seem to want to help anyone. Auto Zone just up the road from them was the complete opposite and fixed me right up. That's where my business will be going from now on.

Good selection, pended by local folks, prices are a little high though.
