This guy scammed my mom. She got her car broken into they smashed her glass window and stole over 1000 dollars of property stolen. Insurance didn't cover so she had to pay out of pocket. Comes to this guy and she asks for a price for replacement, he says "I'll let you know", but goes ahead and orders the glass without telling her price. he goes ahead and does the job without telling us price. He charges us $500. Other places quoted us $220 but that was after he ordered the glass. He scammed older woman by not telling her the price ahead of time and expecting her to pay. So we got stolen by a thief the. Stolen by this guy
Artie is the best! Artie and his staff are always honest and they do great work. He has worked on both of my Audi’s (2013 A5 and 2013 A6). He has done everything from maintenance, brakes and autobody repair work. He is fair, honest and always gives me a great price.
Went there this morning to get an estimate on addressing a broken front bumper (which I already purchased) and a rust spot. I pulled, said good morning to one of the workers who was out front and he responded very nicely. I asked if he could give me an estimate, and he told me to speak to the "boss" pointing to him. I walk over say good morning, no response! I explain I'm looking for an estimate, he walks over to my car, asks if it's cover by insurance, I say no, then he says it needs a new bumper, I said yes and I already have it. He completely shut me down saying and I quote, "I don't work with other people's parts" and immediately started to walk way. I don't an issue if he prefers to purchase parts himself to ensure it's the right part and fit, but the attitude and lack of courtesy it's just crazy to me. By the way, he never even looked at the rust spot. He just walked away!
So for anyone reading this, do with this what you will! I can't speak to the quality of their work because they didn't actually do any work for me but, if the way they treated me is any indication, I'd stay way from this place.
This place is excellent and I recommend it highly. Arte and his crew are extremely quick and efficient, and Arte himself is a very approachable and courteous guy. Culture around car shops can be kind of intimidating and unpleasant to deal with, but these guys make it about as pleasant as it could be. Honest, fairly-priced, and quality work. I hope I never need body work again, but when I do, I'll be going here.
Absolutely the best experience I've had being involved in a collision. They took care of everything, from handling my claim, to setting me up with a rental, and of course repairing my car. The quality of repair was so absolutely perfect, and as an ex body man myself, I couldn't even find one tiny flaw. I will recommend them to everyone who needs any type of repair work done.

Excellent service! The owner Arte is so honest. I thought I needed brakes since I heard a bit of squeaking and he told me I can wait. He just did what was needed and charges low price. I been going here for years and hasn't let me down yet.

THIS IS TRULY THE PLACE TO GO! Honest, genuine and they went out of their way to help me out. I rear ended someone about 6 weeks back (a few weeks before my wedding :-/ ) I brought my car right over at the recommendation of Danny Newman who is my family's wonderful mechanic. The guys who worked there gave me an estimate on the spot and were so kind to me despite my frustration at the time! They worked with myself and with my insurance company and split my deductible with me. Right before my wedding, I dropped my car off for the week. I returned to pick it up yesterday and It looks as good as new. They also cleaned my car inside and out for me and I am so excited at how good it all looks. They are the best auto body shop in the area with the most genuine, kind and personable professionals anywhere!
