Service was excellent!! Prices were reasonable!! Staff was excellent, especially Mario!!! It’s a great feeling when you feel like your mechanic is being honest and genuine with you!!

Had a new set of tires and alignment done on my car today. Mario and his crew were great. Very good communication, on time with everything and good service pricing. Its good to know this shop is around - even though its out of my way, its worth the trip. It was a very smooth ride home - I will be back for sure.

I needed four new tires and had about an hour to spare before having to drive back to NYC. Javier went and got the tires I needed, had them installed, and I was on my way! Wish I lived closer. Great shop

Discount Tire Depot was great. I noticed I had a bubble in my tire. Needed a repair done ASAP. I called multiple tire shops. Everyone told me they couldn’t get the tire until maybe next day or several days out. Javier got the tire within an hour from when we spoke and put it on the car immediately. Would definitely recommend them.

Highly recommend this shop. My wife had a total flat from a nail on Rt 9. Tire depot plugged the tire within 20 minutes. No unnecessary up charges, no nonsense, simply business. Thank you

Great service! Took my car to Mavis for a punctured tire last year and they just botched it up and also left permanent marker on my driver side door somehow. Ended up having to get a new tire anyway because the plug wasn't installed correctly. A year later I ended up getting a nail in another tire (just my luck) but I wound up coming here. These guys did an incredible job and were super fast. The patch on my tire is still good months later and there have been no signs of air leaking. I'm choosing this place over Mavis any day of the week.

Javier and the fellas are really great at what they do they will work with you with the cost of any repair, also will Show you what's wrong with your vehicle oppose to just telling you like others do, Highly recommended whenever you need to repair your vehicle Tires, Brake, Oil change, etc you name it they will fix it. It’s always a bit daunting, and sometimes intimidating getting automotive work done as a woman, who doesn’t know much about cars. My experience at Discount Tire Depot has eased these feelings significantly. Javier was not only kind, but also informative and honest. I received a new set of tires and everything was well-explained and fair. Javier and the guys at Discount Tire Depot are simply amazing. I finally found an automotive shop that I can believe and trust in. They’ve truly made a customer for life, and I’ll be referring them to friends and family. Just a follow-up after my previous review about a negative experience here. Owner would not provide me with a print-out of the alignment done and simply said "just come back if there are any issues". I did not trust that the job was done correctly and sure enough I was right. I took my car to a reputable local shop and they showed me that while the rear wheels were aligned to spec. there was not even an attempt to do an alignment on the front wheels. Just a point of advice, if you use Discount Tire Depot or any service center for that matter make sure you ask for a printout of the work that was done...Anybody that stands by their work will be more than happy to give you one. Very disappointed and I had to come out of pocket again to have the alignment done correctly elsewhere.

Javier was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He quoted me half the price of another garage to replace tires. I knew I needed an alignment and the cost was very reasonable. He even showed me the before and after printout so I could see the improvement. He also quoted me very reasonable prices for future service. Much less than other places have quoted me. I will definitely be using them in the future. They also had a TV with streaming services to watch while waiting. Great place!

I found this shop over a year ago and have brought my car here for literally any and everything that needs to be done. Javier’s knowledge and service are by far unmatched. I’ve never had a bad experience dealing with discount tires. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. The person at the front desk was rude and unprofessional . When I asked for the alignment report, I was told that I should have requested it before the alignment was done. This is absurd, as it is standard practice to provide the report after the wheel alignment. Additionally, they charged me six dollars extra for the card payment, which they did not notify me about beforehand. My receipt showed $203, but I was charged $209. I also noticed that other customers were experiencing issues/ annoyed with the reception staff. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. Be aware and avoid this place.

Javier was great- i felt like he explained eveything really well to me and educated me the problem and about my car. Giving them 4 stars bevsose after paying for the service many people told me i got a bit over charged. But it’s okay i feel like good service and quality parts are worth more than some places that charge chesper to give u low quality parts

Alex and Javier are a great management team. The mechanics do top quality work and are very thorough, honest, and knowledgeable. The team did two very difficult jobs for two different trucks and the results are perfect.

Best service by Javier and Alex. They are always responsive to your needs and questions. They check out for any other possible problems. The car has never given me.a problem after repairs. In fact my entire family comes here. I highly recommend them.

Called to schedule appointment to get my new rims installed. Showed up the next morning and the team immediately began working on my truck. Wheels were professionally installed in a timely manner. Would recommend this shop for wheel installation services.

Went in for an oil change, and left utterly and completely dissatisfied. I had a set time for when I was to receive this service, which was discussed over the phone, but when I arrived, Javier treated me as if I was bothering him, when I was finally able to hold his attention long enough to even tell him what service I needed AGAIN. He proceeds to tell me the cost for my first oil change on my vehicle, and it comes out to over $80 ! I was shocked and decided to get another opinion, I eventually gave in and told Javier to proceed with the process, to my surprise, he tells me that the employees are already performing the oil change, when I did not even give them the go. I was very upset, as I thought about what would of happened if I did not have the money to pay them. Then, upon receiving my vehicle back from them, the worker was EATING in my car, and this was apparent by the stains and food leftover on my key fob. Simply disgusting. Very confused, because the reviews are phenomenal, but overall, I will NOT be returning to this location to receive any services on my vehicle EVER again.

Great Service!! Alex and his team are so wonderful!! They were able to take my car, inspect it and diagnosed the problem within the hour. They are thorough, extremely helpful, and really explained all the options available. The waiting area of the shop is clean and organized. Highly Recommend this shop!!

Alex and his crew are knowledgeable and fair. They are interested in establishing long relationships with their customers based on quality workmanship and trust. They are not in business for the quick buck or to take advantage of their customers, as unfortunately can be the unwarranted view of the auto repair industry. I highly recommend them without hesitation or concern.

I came here because my muffler was falling off and I needed it to be repair ASAP. When I came in I felt so welcoming and heard. Besides fixing the muffler, they showed me and explained thoroughly what other extra things my car needed done and for someone who doesn’t know anything about cars I understood why it needed it. I also didn’t have all the money to pay for the service but they had a no credit check card that I was able to use and pay my full bill. In addition my boyfriend is a mechanic and he was truly amaze on how affordable everything they did was and he recommended me to always go back to that shop. Thank you!

Best of all, you can buy your own parts & bring it to their shop. These guys are hard working family men, who allow you to be part of the whole process of maintaining your car. Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful in regard to my brake situation on my Honda. I called for an appointment right when they open and they quickly made an appointment for me within the next hour. The prices are negotiable and not so bad. I just picked up the car and the brakes are fantastic and I could not thank them enough. I would definitely refer my family and friends to Discount Tire Depot.
