I brought the car in after a deer vs car accident. The grill was destroyed and the radar/ cameras were broken. NW fixed everything perfectly and handled the insurance and car rental so smoothly! If I ever need collision work on any car I will bring it to them!

The folks at NWC are THE collision pros in the lower Hudson Valley! They are certified Subaru body repair specialists (among many other brands), and it shows. Their work on my Impreza was pristine, and was completed in record time. After my unfortunate encounter with a deer, they repaired everything to cosmetic and safety spec, including a wheel alignment, and returned my car to me looking showroom-cherry, with a full detailing. Their office management team took care of all the exhausting insurance correspondence, and their communication with me through the whole process was impressive. The cream on top was when they offered to keep my rental car on-premise afterward to be picked up by the rental service. Imagine the convenience! Give your business to them and watch the stress of dealing with a collision vanish. Bravo!

Very helpful and provided expert explanation on how best to approach the repair. They even coordinated to make sure the rental company was on site with my car at the time of drop off. Would gladly use again (but hopefully will never need to). Already recommend my wife to go there for alignment.

I’ve been using NWC for all my accident repair needs for over 15 yrs and I’ve never been disappointed! Greg and his staff will walk you through the entire process, keep you up to date on any changes and answer any questions (I’ve been known to have some silly ones) and do it all with a smile!!! I was involved in an a motor vehicle accident & went to Northern Westchester Collision to get my vehicle repaired. Amazing service from start to finish. They communicated the process, showed pictures of damage of the back bumper of my vehicle from getting rearended and repaired everything in a timely manner. When I went to pick up my car they remembered my name and even vacuumed my car!! For me it’s the little things! Also I could go on about the exceptional customer service!!! I am beyond impressed with Northern Westchester Collision!! If I could give 10 stars I would! I highly recommend for your car needs!!

Imagine waking up to hearing your car being rear ended while it’s parked in front of your home - yup that happened to us, while sipping a cup of morning coffee!! The anxiety!!! I was so concerned about the repair process, but when we walked into Northern Westchester Collision, I was immediately put at ease - Samantha was phenomenal! She kept us in the loop throughout the process and was very informative!! I was so shocked when she gave me the keys and I saw how incredibly clean it was inside and out! My car isn’t this clean when we go to the dealer for service and I’m pretty sure it was way cleaner than when we take it to a car wash!! I can’t wait to get in the highway and open her up again! I had a good experience with the process of repairing my car through the insurance. Everything went smoothly. My only concern was when I went to retrieve my car. I was told my car was ready, I was given the keys, placed my children in the car and was just waiting to head out. I was held by the body shop because they were concerned they had not receive the payment. Everything that needed to be handled was done through allstate. My only correspondence with the body shop was receiving an estimate for the work upon choosing them as my body shop of choice, after that allstate took over. The gentlemen at the desk did not want me to leave until he knew if I had received a check. After explaining I did not receive anything from allstate, I still had to wait. I asked if I would not be given my car due to them not being clear about payment, he said no but told me I had to wait. I explained I was more than patient, my children were in the car and if they had not received a payment that was something they should speak with allstate about. He explained they work with allstate often and checks would be paid directly to the shop, again I stated then that I should be able to leave. He asked me stay. I had to call allstate myself to clarify, they repeated what the gentlemen had told me in terms of payment going directly to the shop. It was not until allstate spoke with the gentleman at the desk that another individual came in and said I was able to leave. I had a great experience with them until that moment. I understand there concern around being paid, however, that had nothing to do with me, allstate completed the process as a result being hit by another driver. There concern around payment should have been discussed and settled prior to my arriving.

No one wants to have to call a collision shop but the staff at this repair shop makes the experience very pleasant. They are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They repaired my vehicle to showroom perfection.

Absolutely top notch experience, from drop-off to pickup. Mai was extremely knowledgeable and guided me through the insurance hoops to get my car fixed right. Matt and team are great! After getting hit, my car basically needed a whole new passenger side door. They worked with my insurance to get the claim right, helped coordinate drop off and pickup around my schedule, and were just overall helpful. When the car was ready, it was better than new! They had it detailed for me and everything. Would definitely recommend and would use again for sure.
