Dave figured out issues no one else could. Even though shop is 40 minutes from my house I won’t go to anyone else for many issues and definitely allignment. Best shop around

The customer service Tara provided was horrible and I feel it was because of my pigmentation. If you are not white than you’re treated differently from moment you walk through the door. This was my second time going there and she was not there the first time and Things were fine. Today was she was rude, cut me off as I was trying to talk, and sarcastic. As I waited I saw how she treated individuals that were not the same pigmentation as me. Which let me know even more how she felt about my black skin and that she had no respect and disliked me just from my skin alone.

Very rude, bad customer service and not patient at all. Never solved my concern I had to leave after waiting for so long.

The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely ignored me. They have 0 patience, and if it wasn’t for a Hispanic mechanic that was there I wouldn’t have gotten any information from the customer service area. Disrespectful, and disappointing. Do better.

This tire shop is literally the best. If you need tires or just an honest person to take a look and give you an honest opinion, American Cycle and Tire is exactly what you’re looking for. The owner Dave makes everyone feel like family. His mechanics are all top notch. And the shop does everything! From state inspections to fixing transmissions and exhaust systems. I’m so happy I came here instead of anywhere else. Can’t say enough great things about Dave and his shop.

The only place to go for tires. You never have to worry about anything. This is what they do and they've been doing it for a long time. And I don't think anybody is better. Brakes tune-up tires. You name it.

This was my first time at American cycle. The service was great , I dealt with Dave the owner very nice and knowledgeable guy The waiting room is very clean and full of cool stuff . I checked out the shop just as clean. The Mechanics work quickly and had me ready to go under an hour . And the best part was the price! If you need a trustworthy place to go for mechanical repair try American cycle . You won't be disappointed.

I would go no where else. I was referred to AC several years back. I've been treated very well there. Dave is honest and I trust him. He never tried to get anything over on me like most places Ive dealt with. So often woman are taken advantage of when it comes to issues with the vehicle. I'm not one of those woman. I don't worry about that at American Cycle. I've never been disappointed with the service or the cost. And Dave the owner, is a great person to deal with .

I had an oil change done here 4 months ago. 3 months later my vehicle started leaking oil rapidly. The next mechanic informed me that my previous oil change stripped the oil pan drain plug and it needs to be completley replaced. $750 later - I will definitely not be returning.

I recently blew out a tire on my Audi by hitting a HUGE pothole on the Taconic Parkway and American Cycle and Tire came to the rescue. They quickly replaced the damaged tire, and rotated the other tires to best match the tread depth front and back. I was in and out in 30 minutes and I was treated respectfully and courteously. This place is TOP NOTCH and I will be recommending them to EVERYONE!!!

Honest is the first thing I think about when I recommend this place to anyone. The owner, after seeing what was wrong with my car told me to bring it to the dealer and say 3 specific things. He explained that the issue was covered under warranty. If they did not cover it, he would be happy to fix it for me for $800. Needless to say, The dealership warrantied the issue and he saved me $800. I bring my work trucks, and my personal cars here. Sometimes it’s busy and they’re overwhelmed, but I feel like that’s because they’re good at what they do and people trust American. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I recommend them for good work, and fair pricing always.

This is my favorite tire shop. Fair prices and quick service. The people that work there are honest and all have a great vibe and excellent personalities. This will be my new shop I go too from now on even though I have to travel a bit to get there.

Absolutely love this place. Got a really good deal on four tires for my GMC Acadia. And when my tire got a metal piece in the tire they fixed it right away. They are always accommodating. And very busy, which means to me that there are many other people that think the same thing as I do. Awesome business ❤️

The only place I go for tires and you should too. I had all four tires replaced on Ford F350 super duty including alignment and other related issues resolved at an exceptional value. I am, and always have been happy doing business here.

These guys are amazing. Very very good, and compassionate. My truck was breaking down and no one could figure out what was going on, these guys figured it out and fixed it, for an extremely reasonable price!!! Recommend them to anyone who will listen, they’re great!! Seems like Dave and his brother are the only honest mechanics around!!!

I've gotten repair work, inspections, and tires from American Cycle. The quality of work is excellent. The prices are as good as you will find, and the customer service is great. I've never been disappointed. Dave is a really good guy!
