I just experienced one of the things that is difficult to find nowadays, Great service . I was looking for a part for my car and for some reason it has been very difficult to find. Someone told me try Napa , after a couple of days on the phone with a different gentleman who was nice ordered the part for me . Unfortunately when I arrived at the store it was the wrong part luckily I ran into Bruce who went above and beyond to find what I was looking for so then I ordered more parts that I needed because of his help and ended up saving what would of cost me double at a dealership. Great experience great service and a pleasure to talk too.

The guys are always helpful. I made them my go to store after showing up looking for a special fuse one of the guys went above and beyond to help me with the issue. He even took his own time to fix the broken fuse I had on me I offer to pay him he refused. He told me he was just trying to help. Which he did tremendously. I highly recommend these guys!

Place sucks. I drove all the way from New Rochelle to pick up my order that was ready just to find the store closed before closing time!!

They are a great place to just hang out and look at things. You can walk in there and just look at it....you might see something and say "would you look at it!"....

Good-natured staff, and quicker than helpful. They fixed my broken wiper in record time.

This is a real pro parts store. Counter guys know what they are doing. Parts quality is a step above other chains. Online ordering works well. When one of the parts I ordered was going to be delayed by an hour, they called me to advise. That's pro-level service! Prices are comparable, sometimes lower than the chains. I drive about 1/2 hour to get there, but it's worth it!

Store was neat clean and well organized ! Shelves were full and In stock positions were good !! Service desk was well manned / easy to shop in and out time *****

NAPA has a good selection of automotive tools, parts and accessories. I've visited this branch a dozen or so times and the experience is always positive

I'm done using this auto parts store. Corporate needs to look at how this napa is being operated. You walk in wait your turn to be helped and the employees are very helpful so by means is this negative review a dig at them. But what happens here is the phone rings and the person on the middle of serving you answers the phone and begins helping that person. Napa needs to get a handle on this and possibly designate a employee to take phone calls only along with shops that are calling in orders. Lot of competition in the auto part industry with stores popping up everywhere. I drove to auto zone down the street and was completely properly served by one employee with no interruption. Owning a business myself for 30 yrs I know how important service is.

These people are great! Jonathan at the counter helped me out on 2 occasions and gave me great info and the right parts. The part quality seems to be much better than other places I've tried. This is now my only parts store.

The Manager actually came from behind the counter, and helped me personally, and it wasn't a great big sale, however the service was excellent. Great service, very knowledgeable. I will be going back there.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Replaced starter and battery under warranty . I only shop for my auto-parts at this store.

Quick and friendly service. Went in to get a wiper blade which Walmart didn't have right fit and ended up finding it on sale for cheap.

The Peekskill branch is one of the cleanest auto stores I've ever been to. Very well stocked and also were able to get my specialty part in from Volvo. Since they closed the Croton branch this is the closest auto store to me that I find worth going to.
