Bobby & his crew at CNC shop provide excellent service time after time. We had previously used their auto body services and were extremely pleased with their quality work & impeccable customer service. Our every concern was addressed & Bobby walked us through the entire process. Just this morning, we encountered some car trouble on the Taconic with my husband’s old clunker. We reached out to CNC Towing early on a Friday morning & they were more than accommodating. They sent their tow truck out right away to save us. A+ service all around! Highly recommend!

Had an Audi in for a repair where someone hit the corner of my car while it was parked in a parking lot. CNC’s pricing was well below another estimate I received. Today picked up the car and the repair was done perfectly. In addition they washed and waxed the exterior of the whole car, and cleaned and vacuumed the inside! Bobby Frost, owner is wonderful! I have used him twice in the past couple of years and always found him friendly, knowledgeable, honest and priced well below competitors while offering excellent repair work with quick turnaround. Do not hesitate to use him. I was referred to him by a friend and neighbor and am very happy!

I have no criticisms. I’ve worked with CNC a few times now. The owner, Bobby, is a good businessman, does a great job of customer service, and knows auto body work inside and out. Importantly, his team does great work. The results are always amazing and Bobby is a pleasure to deal with.

Hands down best auto body shop I’ve ever been taken care of at. CNC helped me on numerous occasions, especially with roadside assistance for my totaled car (I believe they are the local authorized police tow), Bobby helped with the whole entire process. Another family member’s vehicle got damaged in a collision and CNC took great care of that car as well, repairs were made in no time! Great service, great crew, and great care. Having two babies under two, I was dreading going through auto repair on my vehicle. CNC was so accommodating and arranged for me to get to enterprise and was extremely communicative during my entire repair process. The owner, Bobby, is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. His honesty and ability to repair my truck in a timely manner made the process start to finish seamless. I will never go to another auto repair place, and I won’t let my friends and family either.

Bobby and his team were nothing short of amazing. Dropped my accord off to have an aftermarket front lip, and mirror caps put on. The car came out perfect and was installed properly. Thankful to live just around the corner from this awesome body shop, will definitely be returning in the future if I need anything else done.

First off I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the quality of service that is offered here. Bobby always takes time to talk to you, layout the details, all the options, and ways hes willing to work for you. Being able to pop in immediately speak to someone that listens and UNDERSTANDS your issues and concerns, as well as your needs is just incredible. Customer service is just top notch. I felt compelled to write this after taking my car here after a hailstorm and seeing the miracle that this team was able to perform. My car looks better than the day I drove it off the dealerships lot - and I am not kidding! They handle all sorts of cars, domestic - foreign, high-end, and economy. You get treated the same way no matter what you have - with respect, courtesy, and a willingness to make you satisfied with the results. Thank you so much AGAIN for doing such a great job. I've now gone here once for insurance purposes and once for a personal project and I couldn't be happier with the results.

I’m from out of town and had my car towed to CNC while I figured out how to get it back to MD. Bobby went above and beyond to help me out, meeting with the insurance appraiser and working with my carrier, even though he knew he wasn’t getting the repair. Bobby is the man! My Charger was hit recently, and the first place I was recommended to was CNC. Since this was my first accident, Bobby ensured I knew everything from car drop-off to pickup. Not to mention, my ride was immaculate when they finished. I have nothing but good things to say about CNC. If you didn't get your work done by CNC, you didn't do it right.

Bobby is very nice! They are very good mechanics. I had an accident with my wheel and they were able to fix it within 3 weeks. However they were so curiosities to my needs and me consistently calling them asking for updates on the car. I even came back after hearing some weird noises coming from the front wheel and Bobby was very understanding to my situation and was able to fix it right then and there. I highly recommend bringing your car here for any repairs needed. They are very so friendly and Bobby is a very good mechanic.

CNC Auto Body is the best place to go for any type of auto body work! 10/10 Experience. Bobby is great! Very professional and provides great service! I brought my 2017 Hyundai Elantra Sport in for some auto body work after it was in a rear collision. I just picked up my car today and it actually looks brand new! Looks like it never got in an accident. They did an amazing job and im very happy with the experience. Even with the national car part back order due to the COVID pandemic, CNC Auto Body was able to get the work done quick and efficient. I really messed up the back of my car and the team at CNC did a fantastic job! My 6 month old car looks better than when I got it from the factory. They also went above and beyond and checked all my lights, wiring and really saw through the delivery of the product. They gave us a super fair price and was well worth it. Also they helped me with my annual registration and picked up and delivered the car to my house as it’s our only ride. I’d highly recommend them for any of your Autobody repair needs.

I recently hit a deer and thought my car would never look the same. Bobby and his team did a phenomenal job car came back just like new. Bobby kept me informed every step of the way so I knew exactly what to expect and it was super quick considering the damage.
