bad service some random women starts arguing with the costumer and can’t give what the client wants and then starts talking about the client behind there back with her other co workers
The team is very knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. They steered me to the parts I needed, explained the choices, and Raphael helped with a simple installation that I would have struggled with. Would definitely recommend the Ossining AutoZone.

Awesome staff here. All very knowledgable. I was in the atore 6 different times in one day. Due to multiple issues with my wife car. They had or got me everything inneded within 24 hours. Car is now fixed and my wife is happy. Thanks eveyone at this Autozone in Ossining NY.
I was ignored by every person in there, some were on their phones behind the counter. I finally walked out and went across the street to Advance Auto. This store did not want my business.
"Your store needs to hire people who have some knowledge about cars (basics). If you ask them something, they shouldn’t respond with 'I’m not sure,' 'I don’t know,' or 'maybe.' They should have confidence in their answers."
Shani Helped me out with my experience. She was excellent. It was cold outside and I was just picking up lights for my car. But she ended up instructing me through some of the difficulties I was having and did it very promptly. My whole experience was smooth and I definitely recommend her, questions and service thanks again!
Shani was really helpful to us. We walked in having no idea what was going wrong with our car and left knowing exactly what we needed to get fixed 10/10 service!!
Update: 12/14/2024 The guys went above and beyond helping me with a headlight bulb replacement. I truly appreciate the expertise and service.

The service is good, but needs to improve. They need to tell customers how to use their points before they pay, and provide guidance on how to use the promotions.
We went to AUTOZONE in Ossining this weekend because there was a horrible smell in our car. I asked to purchase filters for the car and when Rafael went to replace the air filter in the glove compartment he found dead baby animals. Ugh. It was gross. He was really nice and helpful. So glad we went and so glad Rafael was the person who helped us.
Awesome experience today with Rafael from AutoZone in Ossining needed to replace the wipers on my 2009 Honda Accord. The cheaper wiper wasn’t working and he suggested that I get the flat wiper and it works amazing went above and beyond to make sure it worked well.
Edwin M. at the AutoZone Ossining location was a great help. The minute I walked in the store he was attentive at showing customer service. Assisting with checking a price for an item that was in the clearance aisle, helped using the stores self checkout register and giving a pleasant farewell as I was leaving the store. I immediately returned after remembering I needed a basic headlight and Edwin was welcoming to locating the correct item and it’s availability, which was at the Ossining store and he went beyond to ensure the headlight was installed properly. Edwin’s customer service was fantastic and should be recognized for the region of AutoZone in NY.
My car was having trouble starting and I assumed it was a battery problem. On Saturday morning I called AutoZone Ossining and the manager Shani Smolick told me to bring it in and park in the alley by the side of the store. Shani tested to see if the problem was really the battery and not the alternator. She then took the bad battery out, placed a new Duralast one in, did some more testing and everything runs fine now. No charge for the great service. The time I was there was about 20 minutes with no hassle.

I like this store. They have improved somewhat on customer service because the previous workers needed to be trained on customer service. However, there is some room for improvement. This is my go to place for auto supplies.
If I could give zero stars I would. I needed a new battery for my key fog and the guy behind the counter tells me “you gotta open that”. UM SIR how? With my magic screw driver?? I stood there trying to open it with my fingers which is freaking impossible. I ended up saying I’ll google the battery used and do it at home the he proceeded to use A SCREWDRIVER. Terrible customer service!!
Really?!? 12:30 in a Sunday and doors are locked?!? Not a sign on the door or anything explaining why - just a dude counting money at the register ignoring me outside the window?
I guess your business is so good you don’t need customers.
First time at this particular AutoZone and let me tell you about how great their customer’s service is; I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The guy working there helped me pick the best equipments for my car and he even installed the battery for me. The Cashier was very pleasant and smiled through the transaction, very rare to see in this time of the pandemic. I will definitely come back. No wonder AutoZone is #1 in Auto Parts Shops. THANK YOU AUTO ZONE for helping girls like me that know nothing about cars.
Save yourself the trouble and go across the street to Advanced Auto Parts, 100X better service. This place rarely pics up the phone.
Nobody ever wants to help and you always have to wait to checkout for some reason even though you are the only one in the store.
I went to store# 4712 the other day. An employee, Katty Peralta, assisted me with a return. She was kind, professional and very helpful. I hope she will be there on future visits I have at this AutoZone!

The staff is good and helpful, but the stocked supplies are poor quality vs. what I would want for a top German sports car. I guess it's fine if you are tinkering on your Ford or Chevy, but not for the top makes.
Friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked. I just wish they had a full selection of LED bulbs (headlight, etc.). There's no point anymore to replace a burned out lightbulb with a similar old fashioned incandescent bulb. LED light bulbs cost about the same online.
I don't know if the positive reviewers have been to this store or not. The store I've been to usually has 1 or 2 cash registers open and there's a 10-15 minute wait every single time.
There's no one around when you have a question, EVER.
One of the managers has had a runny nose for about 3 years now.
Service is terrible.
This is the worst auto parts store in the area.
The best thing about this store are the hours.
Great selection of auto parts. Very nice, but mostly friendly staff. Good repertoire of items available. Good location, and decent hours of availability.
