This is a small shop. But they have the experience to get anything done. And they were exceptionally fast for my oil change and wheel rotation. Less than an hour.
Louie and Cliff of Ossining Meineke are the best! Seemingly always able to squeeze you in, fast and fair service, and they often beat out competitor pricing. Appreciate that they take the time to explain what's going on with your vehicle. Most recently, I came in for an oil change and rotation while waiting; only called the day prior and they were able to get me in and out and on to a dentist appointment in under an hour. I've since moved away, but still go back to Ossining Meineke!
Inspection took literally 11 minutes at 11am and I was out of there! It was a newly purchased used car so the dealer had put all new everything on it. Another shop told me I had to drop it off and come back...to and fro in an Uber ($40)? Granted it was in the afternoon and he had cars he was working on.
I would never bring my car here ever again. They did my front brakes which are still squeaking and grinding after over 1000+ miles. When they did my rear brakes, they over torqued my caliper slide pins the guide pins whatever you want to call them. They over torqued all my wheels, stripping the lug nuts as well as stripping those caliper pins. I had to go to my hometown to a buddy of mine that I trust over an hour away and spend an extra 200 something bucks for him to spend hours trying to get the stripped caliper guidepin out. It’s like these guys don’t know what a torque setting is or they just don’t care. They cut corners not putting enough break grease that’s why my brakes are still squeaking. Like I said, I would never trust them with anything and they’re supposed to specialize in brakes. Yeah okay! They don’t even know what a torque setting is. I would never ever bring my car there ever again and if I were you unless it’s a state inspection, I would stay clear of this place. Also, FYI I put overpriced because for the shady work they do it’s definitely overpriced.
I brought my Ford EcoSport to this Meineke to repair a problem to the exhaust system that three prior professionals said they could not fix. I dropped it off at 8am and drove my repaired car off by 930. Unbelievable service. I highly recommend them for automotive service.

I scheduled an appointment with Meineke for same day oil change. Cliff was personable and efficient, and completed the task swiftly. I’m busy and car-dependent for tasks, so time-management is important to me. The charge was a bit higher than expected, but he changed the oil and filter, and checked the air in my tires, all within an hour’s time. I appreciate that they’re a local business, too.
I was referred to Meineke after my local garage said they couldn't order replacement parts for my very old car. Meineke was able to weld a fix and even called at one point (I'd left during the repair) to confirm I was willing to pay for a needed part. My Check Engine light has remained off since getting my car back. It's also been much quieter—I hadn't realized how much of a racket my exhaust had made before the fix!
I needed a muffler that’s not available anymore because the car is 20 years old. Cliff searched for it and made some calls and he correctly thought that possibly a different car’s would fit mine and he figured out that it would fit. Hot that night and did the work the next day!

I was driving by Meineke and decided to make an appointment for a free quote to fix a hole in my muffler pipe system. Lou took me in instantly, handed him my keys and he placed car on lift and showed me the holes and rust around catalytic converter.. He called the parts department to quote prices for me. He gave me a great quote, much cheaper than other mechanics. I told him it’s a deal. Lou said “will do it now, the parts will be here shortly”. I told him “unfortunately I’m going to an appointment and in a few hours I can return” Lou said “ok” as I was driving to my appt, Lou called me via phone and said “I found a less expensive part” so the price will be 35 $ less. I returned to Meineke and they finished my car in a approx 1 hour. Car runs quietly now. Honest, fast and reliable will return if needed and will refer other friends to Meineke in Ossining NY.
We have used this service station twice. First was 3 years ago, we brought it in for a muffler, where the mechanic told us we had a cracked manifold. He replaced it for what I thought was high but borderline reasonable price. He took the time to show us the crack and issues. He also, at the time, suggested we get a muffler and tailpipe, but understood the cost factor and suggested to take care of the manifold first. THIS time we went in to get the muffler and tailpipe done, to have him again tell us the manifold was leaking and needed a seal. Not entirely sure why a 3 year old seal rotted out or if it were the original why it wasn’t changed in the initial manifold swap 3 years ago… Anyway, We gave him the go ahead to fix the problem. A very high price later, he did not confirm the seal was bad (or provide the rotten one as proof) and when I asked about the code it threw, he stated it was just an evap code thrown by the gas cap. I’m not saying he was dishonest, and didn’t do what he said he did. The vehicle runs great now so I am going to assume the right thing was done. He is efficient and timely and we got the vehicle back in a matter of hours. I would just make sure to have the conversation and get proof of what was done.
I'm very happy with my car! They did a great job communicating with me additional repairs that my car needed. It was a good turn around and my car is quiet now. I took my car to another place before and they couldn't do anything about the sound the car made. Meineke fixed it in a day! I will be coming back!
From out of state, we were in Ossining visiting family, when our high mileage Honda Civic started making weird clinking sounds when shifting into gear from park. Louie was great. He had our car back and running within about one business day. He was very upfront and honest about what they thought the problem was and estimates were right on. Haf to replace an axle, and fix an engine bolt. He's a no nonsense guy and I like their work. I appreciate that!

VERY happy with the service there. This is my first time going with Meineke. They immediately took my car and were literally done in a couple of hours and it would have been quicker but they had to order the parts which is completely normal. Very friendly, very honest and would highly recommend to anybody.

My car’s exhaust was loud so I called Meineke in Ossining. I spoke to Louis who asked me to bring the car in. He assessed the situation and advised me to instead of getting full exhaust systems to just replace the faulty part and they would “glue” it with the rest of the system. I appreciated the honesty so I had them do the work and changed the oil while at it.
I needed to get my car inspected, and some other minor maintenance. Cliff and John were very helpful and professional as always.
They took care of me in less than an hour on a freezing cold day and I was very happy with the high quality of customer service!
Prompt and courteous service. Excellent and efficient installation of new muffler system on our 1997 Volvo. Terrific low price! Regret not having come here before trying 3 other repair places. This Meineke is the place for a whole range of repairs, not just mufflers. Louie is the superb manager!

I had a great experience. I go off roading and as you can see my ebrakes were covered in mud causing them to slip. Despite being swamped Cliff (one of the owners and a fellow Jeeper) took the time to explain what was going on and take these pictures for me. I highly recommend them and will be bringing my car back next time I have an issue.
