My daughter's car was parked under a sappy tree during a semester abroad and we found the roof and hood spotted to such a degree that the paint was gone in places and rust was appearing. Have my cars serviced here three times. The first two visits were pleasant, but the last one was really bad. Four days ago I sent my Honda CRV there for a regular oil change. Because of the happy experience of the first two visits, I didn't ask the price in advance. Then I got a bill of $72.xx, which listed the parts (oil) of $37. My past oil change at dealer cost less than $37, total. That is not the end. They didn't reset the oil life to 100, but reset my Trip A and B (what the heck was the reason to reset both of them?), further more, the plastic patch at the door handle at drive side disappeared (which I noticed the next day). So it seems if one wants their service, it worth asking the charge in advance, and the service quality? depends on who is taking care of the car.

WOW!!!! Mr. Martone & his crew worked their magic and my car, Winter White, is beautiful again!!!!! She literally looks like a brand new car right off the sales lot!!!!!!! I'd say I'm floored but I've experienced their artistry-like work before! The result is perfection!! ?????

Great auto repair. I got my 2013 Silverado repaired and fixed and Michael Martone left it brand new. Then I came again and got my 2007 Benz for repair and he also fixed everything and left It brand new. They left me speechless Michael is great.

I brought my car for an inspection to Martone Auto Collision. The previous owner of the car had it sitting for months with dirt caked on, check engine light that would come on and off at random and an ac that would shoot dust particles out. They didn't just pass it like the previous owners last mechanic, but actually did there job for a reasonable price and got it back to it's tip top shape. For collision repair, Micheal's acute attention to detail extends well beyond a preliminary/cursory external examination. For example, my Subaru WRX had minor bumper damage, but Micheal suspected there might be non-superficial frame damage beneath the bumper - upon bumper removal and closer inspection his expertise and intuition was not only proved correct, but you don't have to take my word for it; as he showed me photos of the damage beneath the bumper! Had I not had this damage fixed, it could have cost me thousands of dollars in the future (for resale value) due to what would have been undiscovered damage if a discriminating buyer noticed it. I brought my vintage Vespa to Martone Auto Collision for a complete rebuild, and they did an amazing job. Their work included a complete tear down, body work, electrical and a pearl white show-worthy paint job; Mike Martone gave me a great rate with all the work that was completed. I was so happy with the results that I brought my car to them for body work repairs after it was sideswiped. Mike personally took care of all the insurance paperwork for my car and made sure I was paid directly from my insurance company to cover the cost of my rental car. We got into a fairly major accident (for us), the tow shop towed the car to this location, after speaking to our insurance company and finding out they were a recommended shop, we decided to let them do the work. They set up a rental car for us, and completed the work in 3 weeks time... The work from what I can tell was perfect (from my limited knowledge), the car came back detailed and he waived the deductible, overall everything went pretty smooth, haven't had any issues so far with the car.
