Lisa Cain was our sales person. She was very professional very kind and did not try to upsell and met all of our expectations. We couldn’t have been happier with the experience we had with her and Competition Subaru. If in the future, I know of anyone that’s interested in a Subaru. Gave us all the information we needed and asked for. He was straightforward, no nonsense! Finance manager (shout out to Mike!) was very pleasant , knowledgeable, and helpful! Only thing we didn’t agree on was the trade value for my trade-ins. Happy with my Impreza and I’m convinced I got a great deal and good value.

They didn’t play games, they didn’t try to mark me up in finance, I was very happy with the Money Factor. I appreciate how straightforward they were. So friendly and helpful. I’m all alone at school here and my car started to smell like burnt oil. I brought it in and within a day they fixed everything, sent a video explaining everything, and gave me time to call my dad whenever I didn’t know what to do. Zachary and Tom helped and they were amazing. Would 1000% go back!

I visited Competition Subaru to check out a vehicle, bringing along my 17-year-old daughter for an educational experience. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted warmly, and our salesperson Rodney treated us with genuine respect from start to finish, making the entire process transparent. The finance team was straightforward and clear. As we headed out, my daughter looked up at me and said, “I thought car salespeople were supposed to be shady.” The lesson I really wanted her to learn was how to negotiate a deal, but she ended up understanding how a dealership should treat its customers.

Excellent and cohesive service with a friendly team that MAKES EYE CONTACT and are all on the SAME PAGE - I mean, wow 🤩 This was my first service appointment at my first Subaru dealer and they did delivered! I was fully informed, was not hard pressed for ‘extras’ and they were their word. What they promised was delivered and then some. I highly recommend and will be returning for all my car service and maintenance needs.

The car is clean, beautiful and running smoothly. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

We walked into Competition Subaru of Smithtown to check out some vehicles we had been researching. We were welcomed with a smile and then met Farrell Shapiro who was kind enough to not only show us, but discuss all options of every SUV we looked at.
