Just came back from New Castle in Ronkonkoma. Gary could not have been more helpful. He gave us an Atlas shingle brochure, pulled samples and gave us very good advice. He really made the extra effort you so rarely see today. New Castle gets 5 stars from us!
I have been in the trade since 1978. By far, they are my favorite supply house to spend my hard-earned money on. In this day and age of large corporations buying out the smaller supply houses, they manage to keep that small home town feeling.
Whenever I go there, (which is quite often) Im allways greeted in a fun friendly way, like part of the family.
They make you feel like you are important to them and not just another customer.
Many times I will go in there in a cranky mood and leave laughing.
The guys in the back are the fastest in filling your orders too.
Also they happily go out of their way to give you pricing on special order items,
with them getting back to you promptly.
These guys sure make my job easier.
