Dealt with these guys because of AAA, they were excellent. The driver was very helpful, the company was in constant communication. Hopefully won’t need a tow again but if I do I’ll be using them.
Don't know where to begin with this experience. My wife lost the only key fob for her 2020 mercedes gle and it was stuck in my driveway. Vehicle was open but no way to take it out of park. Mercedes roadside service sent 2 third party tow truck companies and both showed up with a flatbed and wanted to drag the vehicle out of the driveway and up onto the flatbed with the vehicle in park. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that this is absolutely 100% not the way to go. Told both tow truck companies to take a hike and did a little research online and came across Kraken towing and recovery. Boy am I happy I did, these folks are professional and know exactly how to handle every situation. From the moment I called and spoke to them I felt at ease, I explained the situation and they told me exactly how it was going to be handled. I guess not every company has the proper equipment to handle every situation but Kraken certainly does. I could not recommend them more!!!
Serdar, the man dispatched from AAA who helped me with my tire, was incredibly nice. He was cracking jokes with me and overall you can tell he’s a good dude who cares about his job and helping others. He had my tire changed in no time at all and gave good recommendations on local tire shops. Extremely pleased with Kraken's service and I will be sure to promote kraken to anyone who may need their services.
AAA and Hyundai Roadside made setting up a tow more complicated than it should have been, but the team at Kraken turned it around immediately. The dispatcher took initiative to call me directly when he was getting mixed messages from AAA, and was able to confirm help was on the way. The driver, DJ, was quick and efficient when getting my car set up for the tow, and the dispatcher called me back after my car was picked up to make sure everything went well. These guys took care of what I needed, treated my car with respect, and went above and beyond to make sure I stayed in the loop. They were 100% the best part of my day!
The communication from the company to me was phenomenal! I was updated not only via text with a real time tracker, but also by phone from the company itself.
The guy who showed up was knowledgeable, empathetic and friendly. He told me exactly what was wrong and was mindful that I had only 15 minutes to get the car to the dealership. He got me on my way quickly and was extremely pleasant the whole time.

A++ service. The Dispatcher was in contact with me before to let me know everything that was going on and to discuss pricing(they are priced extremely fair) and when I can expect to be towed(they ended up picking up my car before scheduled time , bc I was busy and had a lot going on to help relieve some pressure for me) and after tow service(to make sure I felt everything went well and was happy with the service they provided me)(I was BEYOND HAPPY).
This wasn’t a typical type tow that I was in need of and I was accommodated with no hesitation or objection. Class Act Staff with nice clean trucks. From looks of it , they can handle any size vehicle from a little compact car to Tractor/Semi Truck. Nice yard for vehicle storage if in need that service also .Check them out, I’m sure you’ll be glad ya did!
They called me in advance to inform me that they received the call from AAA and gave me an approximate time. The person was professional helpful ,knowledgable ,he help with putting my flat tire in my trunk n put air into my spare tire. He was quick and prepared. I would recommend them to anyone.
Roadside assistance personnel arrived promptly. They were able to quickly gain access to the vehicle with the locked keys inside. They do their job very well. Thanks for the great service!

Kraken was great. Was in a jam with my grand Cherokee locked up but still running. Driver came w wrecker and dolleys which I understand now is specialized equipment that not every company has. Driver that responded was a pro and got my car all hooked up. Thank you again.

Josiah was Fantastic!!! My car was in a terrible spot, blocking half of an entrance to a parking lot. Luckily, it had stopped just before the car would have been in traffic. He single-handily backed the car up from the road and to safety. Josiah also made me feel better about the situation. He was quick,, polite and professional! Called AAA to have my Jeep brought to the dealer because it died. A whole different review altogether lol. But Kraken was great. Very polite. Informative. Texted me as soon as he got to the dealer but before offloading to ensure he was dropping it at the right place. Awesome service. Totally trustworthy. Excellent, efficient service. AAA said they would arrive in 2 hours- they were here in 15 minutes. Towed the car safely. It is a wonderful benefit to have this service when you are in trouble
I had a breakdown request through AAA this weekend. Nobody wants a breakdown but Kraken was very pleasant to deal with. The operator I had was a really nice guy also. I would use them again if I needed a tow company for anything.
On 1/17/23 I broke down on 495 and now only did they pick me and my car up. They were able to repair it same day and were reasonable with pricing. I will definitely be doing more business in the future and recommending them to everyone in the area for any work to be done
Wish these guys would've done their job properly to even suggest they had proper training to perform the duties in their job description. I requested a tow from AAA and they chose this company to pick up my car that needed 1 specific part replaced, that was otherwise running fine, and take it to a shop around the corner. They break my oil pan upon delivery, didn't even call me or AAA, left, and pretended like it never happened. Thank goodness for the kind and upstanding shop owner (not Kraken) who reached out and notified me of the damage this poor excuse for a company did. I have since reported the Kraken company. I can not recommend.
