Took my 2011 chevy silverado there for a 2nd to 3rd gear shift flare. they made it sound like the job would be done in a week and after many calls and excuses, 6 weeks later i got the truck back. was charged 2400 bucks and after 120 miles the truck shifts just as bad as when i took it in. have a 500rpm shift flare from 2nd to 3rd. NEVER GO HERE
I got a nail in my tire and it was about to go flat on the highway. I pulled off at the nearest exit and miraculously, Steuben Auto Services was the first business I saw as I excited the 86 in Savona. The owner didn't even hesitate to help me. He got my car into the garage right away and plugged my tire so fast! He really saved the day! I 10/10 recommend this garage, the service and customer service is 100%.
Took my car and 4 tires there to get them swapped. Studded snow tires coming off fresh all seasons going on. They stole the snow tires found them on their mechanics vehicle a week later. Thief’s and liars. Don’t spend your money here.
Had engine problems on the way home to Canada.
Was taken care of immediately and home safely. Can't say enough about this shop. Fast friendly professional compassionate service.

Had my 5 speed 1991 dodge Dakota 2 wheel drive, probably one of the easiest rebuilds you can do. After a month and a half I finally got it back. Not impressed at all. Always a new story. And guess what! I’ve had it back for two weeks and the trans just blew on me on my way to work this morning. Not to mention they didn’t even clean my trans but instead rattle canned black over the grease and dirt. DO NOT GO HERE FOR TRANSMISSION WORK. My guess is they cheaped it out and didn’t replace any cervos and input shaft bearing. Never been to a worse shop in my life.
Slow. Has had our truck for 6 weeks now. Every time we call we get a run around. They did a trani rebuilt 6 months ago. Did not last and had to go back. Both times we had the issue with them waiting to work on it. They need to finish vehicles and not start and stop so many at a time. We will not be using them again
Told us are vehicle would be done by the latest Saturday. But never updated or told us if it was done. Now we have to go until Monday with no vehicle. So they will have are vehicle for a hole week. When called on Friday about it the guy was really rude and wouldn't give us any answers. I don't recommend them to anyone the job that needed to be done shouldn't have taken more then two days. I recommend going some where else where you get professional service

Me and my father took my truck their for a transmission rebuild they estimated 5 to 10 days for it to be done it has been there nearly a month now we continue to be given dates for it to be completed by but things keep coming up over and over again and they put work on other customers vehicles ahead of work on me and my father's truck. If I could put zero stars I would in a heartbeat I wont recommend it at all unless you want procrastination and excuses.
Neil is a shiester. Scott is a great guy never around. Waited 25 mins in the office for someone to come from out back. Only to be told they wanted 100$ to press a bearing out and in told them I had bearing and spindle in the car . Called Maynard said 30$ bring it down. 5 stars if u can get a hold of Scott
