I honestly don’t write reviews, but Truth and Grace in Avon 100% earned this one. I brought my wife’s Fusion in for transmission work that I thought was needed. Instead of upselling me into a bunch of stuff I didn’t need, they actually slowed me down, explained what was really going on, and recommended starting with the cheaper, more logical fixes first. That alone says a lot about their honesty. They squeezed in extra work last minute (tie rods, alignment, axle seal, fluid correction, adaptive reset) and the car genuinely drives better than when we bought it. What really stood out was that they suggested services that were LESS expensive than what I originally asked for — you almost never see that in this industry. Communication was straightforward, no scare tactics, no pressure, just honest advice and solid work. My wife went from feeling unsafe driving the car to being confident again, which means more than anything. If you want a shop that fixes the actual problem instead of chasing your wallet, Truth and Grace is the real deal.

I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. The jobs were completed in record time and I was on my way. I thought maybe I needed new tires but was assured that I still had life in these tires. I appreciated their honesty!

I brought my car here for an inspection and they scheduled me within a reasonable time frame and the customer service on the phone and in person were the best I've ever experienced in this field! I have found the place I'll be taking my vehicles from now on for all future repairs and inspections. Highly recommend!

Work was discussed ahead of time, there was a small additional part needed. I was contacted and approved of the extra part. After all was said and done it all went as planned. I am very happy with their service and work performed. I would recommend and have recommended them to friends.

What a great place to get your car serviced. Great communication and very responsive to my last minute requests to add some service items. I have been there a couple times and they are now my go to first choice for having my car taken care serviced.

I don't leave Google reviews often, but my experience with Truth and Grace Auto was positive. I have previously worked in the automotive industry as a mechanic in the shop as well as in the office as a title clerk, so my expectations are higher. I know what I want, when it comes to my vehicles. They were very professional and my services were completed in a timely matter. Their pricing is more than fair and they did not attempt to upsell and take advantage of me because I am a woman. I will be returning for future service.

Truth and Grace is Amazing!! They are honest, communicate clearly, and show true customer service. It is the only place I trust to take my car from anything from inspections, oil changes, to engine/transmission issues-I've had a lot that's needed to be fixed with several different models over the years and they have always come through and done so as quickly as possible.

Has to pivot to Truth and Grace after finding out Pioneer Trucks was no longer honoring their extended warranties or servicing of vehicles. The team at T&G was very helpful and efficient with their work and communication during the repair process. I would recommend them and appreciate their willingness to submit for warranty claim.

I was looking for somewhere to bring my car for routine things and a friend referred me here. I feel that they are reasonably priced and very honest. This last time I left a note asking if they had extra screws for my license plate, and when I came to pick up the car, they had secured the plate to the bumper for me. Always friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
