We had an amazing experience with Dan DeNoto shopping for our new Expedition. I could tell he was a different type of cars salesman because during initial contact, I only received one call that gave me his contact info as opposed to the 10 a day you get from other dealerships. I appreciated that because it allowed me the time to think about next steps and choose to move forward with a test drive on my own without feeling pressured. Once we met, he was nothing but kind, supportive, and most importantly, honest. I was able to test drive, walk away with all of my options, and think about if I truly wanted the car while knowing I had a lifeline for literally any question at any point of the day to help my decision making easier. When it came to going in and buying, the entire process was so smooth and quick I couldn’t believe it. We may have had to drive 30 minutes to the dealership but for that level of service and experience from Dan and everyone there, I’d gladly drive back! I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum vehicle from Bob Johnson Ford last month. I reside out of state and found the vehicle online. I worked with Dan DeNoto to learn more about the vehicle and ultimately finalize the purchase fully remote. The process was seamless and Dan was great to work with and easily available for all of my questions. The dealership sent their shuttle to pick me up at the Rochester airport and the vehicle was ready for me upon arrival. The vehicle looked exactly as the pictures presented and was clean. I was given a 30 minute tutorial and help on set up and customization at the dealership. Overall I had a great experience with Dan and Bob Johnson. I love the new vehicle!

We just purchased our 4th vehicle with Dan DeNoto at Bob Johnson Ford of Avon. He is always a pleasure to deal with. He will go out of his way to find the vehicle you want and make the deal work. We bought matching new vehicles from Dan- a Bronco Sport and F150. Our latest purchase was a used Nissan for one of the kids. Dan went out out of his way to get the car from one of their other dealerships and get the deal done by the next day. We trust him and that is why we keep going back to him. All in all this was an excellent experience. Jed was extremely helpful and patient as I did a complete through and through around the F250 I did end up purchasing. He was able to take care of a few minor requests I had without discretion. Also handling a few others I had overlooked. Great guy, great personality that I would definitely recommend to anyone! It would have been the next day but I had a liner sprayed in. And they put my tonneau cover on for me from my old truck. The entire experience was great. All of the sales representatives that I talked to were kind and helped me get a great deal for my purchase. I bought a mustang from them and everything about it is amazing. You can tell they thoroughly cleaned it and made sure it was ready for display.
