Recently met Heath and had him do some work on my truck. He is incredibly talented, has a great eye for detail, and has excellent client communication throughout the repair process. Very impressed with both the quality of his work and his pricing. I will definitely do business with again in the future, highly recommend.

Heath is the best mechanic. I have been bringing my family's cars to him for over 20 years. He is always friendly and takes time to chat with me about the cars issues.
The owner really goes out of his way to not only fix your car right but also helps you understand what is wrong with your car. Great service and a really nice guy to deal with!
I have 100 percent trust and faith in Integrity. Heath is an expert who quickly cuts to the chase in diagnosing and addressing mechanical problems. Pricing is very fair. For installing a trailer hitch, he took half the time estimated by another shop. That is a very big savings right there.
I went there for a simple inspection. The guy was unfriendly looked at me like I was stupid and told me he didn’t have time and looks more like a backwoods mechanic shop An actual reputable mechanic him and his friends was just hanging out, working on their own cars. I will never recommend That place to anybody
Exactly what the name states…I called because I had a flat tire while out of my home town (with no one to help me), I tried doing it on my own but the tire was jammed. I called integrity and the owner briefly put aside what he was doing on a Friday afternoon to help me. I felt like I took a step back in time. Clearly a business owner who has integrity. I was impressed with his extensive knowledge and advice. Definitely recommend.
Outstanding customer service. Heath also does a great job of explaining repair issues to a novice, so that you actually have a grasp on the subject.

Just passing through town and my car broke down. Called Integrity, and Owner was extremely helpful, upfront, honest, and helped arrange towing!!! What could have been a stressful situation, was simplified tremendously!
They care about quality care of your vehicle no matter what make or model they care about quality service and they put their money where their mouth is and take care of your vehicle I had a great experience there and above all else the customer service was second to none

How do I explain.... Heith had to put a device in my car ( that's how I met him) I was unable to drive my car after the device was takin out. Heith with out being a bully or a @$*^ said I could keep it there , it's been 2 years ! With a lot of life things going on NOT ONCE DID THIS MAN HARASS ME ( and had every right to). Just an HONEST GOOD MAN (Mechanic) and for a woman that's hard to come by (ESPECIALLY THE MECHANIC PART)

Wow... guy hooked up a machine to my car and walked away and worked a car belonging to someone else. Did not go back to my car for almost an hour. Guess he did not know I was watching from office, because I got charged for labor for the entire time he was working on the other car! When I mentioned this, he got really nasty and told me that I had to pay if I wanted my car back. Either this guy is bi-polar or he has a lot of friends writing good reviews for him...
I highly recommend Integrity Automotives! They are excellent mechanics who take the time to explain what needs to be done and provide options when possible. I have been their customer for over 16 years. I've recommended them to colleagues who have been just as satisfied.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have provided professional service to several of my vehicles over the years from regular maintenance to brakes and rotors. They have also been very accommodating to making my appointments in a timely fashion when needed.
No Integrity Auto is the BIGGEST RIP OFF EVER! Wish I could give zero stars. They charged me for 2 hours labor when I was only there for an hour. I should have known that when I arrived for my appointment and the only person there was having bathroom issues. I waited for about 10 minutes before he actually came out. Then he ordered the wrong part. It had been diagnosed by a GOOD mechanic. Spent 5 minutes looking at my car, spent 45 minutes filling the AC. Charged me TWO HOURS labor. I complained and he claimed that it included when I bring my car back. I told him I would not be coming back and he refused to reduce the bill. Then he added that I was LUCKY that he didn't install the wrong part anyhow and charge me as most mechanics would. Also he said he would be unable to return the new part, which I highly doubt.
This is the best most honest, most friendly Auto Repair Shop. I bring all my business to Heath & his technicians!! They have always been honest and fixed all my cars. I would refer them to anybody and everybody!! Thank you Integrity Auto!
