I drive past an O’Reilly’s, AutoZone, and NAPA just to go to her store. I met Peggy (the store manager) in 2010. She was born for working with the public and is more than just a good manager, she’s a great person who sees “customers” as people. This mindset creates a natural interaction that can’t be taught and brings a level of customer service that goes beyond the word itself, because it comes naturally to her personality.
To put it simply, her customer service skills come from her just being herself. She’s an asset to the local community.
I looked online for a part and saw they had it. Then I called up this store and made sure that they had it there and they put their hands on it. I went into town to pick it up and the girl that was working the counter I couldn't find it and said they didn't have it. Luckily the guy I was talking to on the phone overheard it and was able to get it. It's a good place but make sure that they have it before you go there or you may get an inexperienced worker and waste a trip. Otherwise I've always had good service here.
Recently had an issue with a bad battery that was still under warranty. The staff here was very friendly and easy to work with, and they got me taken care of and sorted out quickly. I will continue to do business with this shop in the future, highly recommend.
I called on a Tues. looking for a knock sensor for my Subaru. Although the knock sensor wasn't in stock, they ordered it and it arrived Wednesday morning by 7:30 a.m. The knock sensor fit perfectly on my Subaru.
Very helpful staff. Place could get the vehicle part I needed where the other auto store couldn't. Order arrived late by 4 days. Reason: After store employee tracked the item, it was found to be lost by the delivery company. No fault of their own. Will buy there again. Good service.
They always have great customer service. I'm greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. If they don't have the part(s) I need/want, they special order it. I highly recommend the Store Manager, Peggy. She always knows what to do if you're stuck between a rock and a hard place as far as getting you and your vehicle back on the road safely!! I never used to go there, but they earned my business and they will continue to have it!
The older gentleman inside gave me an attitude when I came inside to ask about a oil filter, then when I proceeded to tell him the filter number he walked around the back while I heard him call me “elementary” when In fact I’m a employed mechanic who will do bigger jobs then he ever thought of doing. This is not the only time he’s given me an attitude either.
Make sure you call before you drive out there they tell you they'll have your parts at a certain time once you arrive they'll tell you a different story. They have no problem wasting people's time. We'll never spend another dime there.
Called them after being on hold with AutoZone for 15 minutes. They answered right away, told me they had the part, and even told me how to order it to the store and get a big discount. Great help and definitely recommend
Horrible customer service. Made to wait a long time and didnt have an outcome for the battery test. Associate did not know what she was doing. Took three people to try and test it.
I got a used turn signal lense here for my Dakota perfect shape and a decent price. Had it in a couple of days and they called when it came in. Friendly and helpful staff.
